Eric Gordon: This place is as shady as they come. Don’t do business here. I have bought a lot of motocycle from a lot of places this is one of the worst. They advertised a bike for a price on their website then they emailed me another price 1000 more dollars. Said it was a mistake. They tried to sell me a bike that was in an accident ask them if it was they told me no. Then I spent the money to check the vin and found out it was. Do your research before you buy a bike. Go to another dealer.

Purchased KTM Adventure in 2020 from Craig who is great to deal with, always super informative source for real world feedback and experience based opinions. No uppity pressure driven inauthentic nagging sales people to avoid. A issue literally just days off warranty this past year and service department advocated on my behalf with manufacturer to honor warranty. A convenient, trustworthy, local business!

Nick Bacon: Lame customer service....at best some cellphone response on the off hours. If it wasn't for the car business....I'll spend money everywhere but here. Shame..... because it's close.I wasn't concerned about the offer at all. I asked for more...who wouldn't but I wasn't unhappy with the offer.Literally all it had to do with was communication. I asked about transportation etc...and was told the sales manager was out of town etc...to receive an email later via cellphone,that because of auctions going prices and nada values you would pass.A simple no thanks would have been easier, and less time consuming.I understand the game....so I'll adjust the star rating for the holidays.

ryan mcquilkin: Excellent to work with.Went in looking for a different bike that was already sold. Ended up seeing a different one i liked. I waited to long and somebody beat me to it. However...after speaking with Eric, he got me onto a brand new one for not much more. They were not pushy at all. Very laid back. Open communication and they work hard to keep a good deal. Inventory is always stocked which is hard to find these days. Dont know how they do it but im happy to go in and see bikes, even if not looking at the time.
