Howard Goldberg: On 6/1/22 I went with 2 of my friends to a Woosox game. 2 of us have mobility problems. i wanted to pick up my friends at the gate after the game. It's a very busy street and I wasn't sure how I was going to do that. I saw 2 officers at the top of the stairs as I was leaving, told them my concerns, and asked if they had any suggestions. After some conversation and telling them where I was parked One of them said would you like a cart ride to your car? He then made a call to order the cart, said he was going down to the exit to hold the cart while the other officer waited until I located my friends. He then took us down to the exit and they both put us on the cart, thanked us for coming to the game, and said they hoped we would come back.Fast forward to 6/18/22. My wife went to the Hanover Theater to see The Bands Visit. Again being from out of town (Waltham), we didn't know where to park so I stopped to ask one of the officers near the theater where we should park. He told me where and helped us get back into the traffic lane. After we parked we went to cross the street. As my wife described it, he almost escorted us across the street.Worcester is a very welcoming city, and I want to thank the WPD for making our visits such positive experience. Danielle Tinlin: Wow!! I called this department to report a tow truck driver scamming my son who is 19 out of money. Tow truck driver told my son to go to an ATM and pay him 100 to get his car off the truck. My son's car WAS parked in a legal spot! Police didn't care! Was so rude! And hung up on me! So obviously police are allowing this Patriot towing company to scam college students. Just unexceptable! So despicable! This is where your tax dollars go!! What a joke!

We're on to you Blue: There is an un lawful sign that says no filming in the lobby. The average citizen should be able to go in and film their interactions with police in a public lobby freely Without any intimidating officers approaching and telling them no. It is a 1st Amendment Right to film in a public place.
