Don Gerardi: Worst mechanic I have EVER taken my car to. Called and asked if this place could fix my BMW's nonworking headlights and an exhaust leak. I was told "did you see all the BMW's in front, I'm an electrical engineer, I can fix your car". So I brought it in. Charged me $800 plus to fix the car. It was daytime when I picked it up. That night when to use the car, NO HEADLIGHTS and we could still smell the exhaust. When I called to ask if I could bring it back in, his answer was, "I'm to busy right now, I'LL CALL YOU IN A FEW WEEKS TO BRING IT BACK IN!" Worst pathetic excuse for a mechanic I have ever seen. I've asked others who went there, apparently most of his good reviews know this guy cause he has a reputation I wish I knew ahead of the appointment. Don't bring your car here, there are much, MUCH better mechanics out there not trying to rip you off!!

Derek Flynn: I took my old CBR there last summer, and got completely hosed. I asked the owner to find and fix a misfire. $400.00 later and the second I left the lot it was still misfiring. I came back and asked them what they did, the owner grumbled that they cleaned the spark plugs and put in a new battery. Why in the #$@% would you just clean and not replace the 10 year old spark plugs once you're in there??? Told them it was still misfiring. The owner stared blankly at me for 20 seconds, mumbled something inaudible and walked back to the shop floor. These people clearly don't care, they just want the check. If you have an older bike, Id recommend you take it somewhere else or do it yourself.Bottom line: they did not fix what I asked them to fix.
Warren Bock: I’ve taken my cars to Steve for years. He does a great job with both foreign and domestic models. Always gives a honest and fair assessment of the situation and does the work quickly and at a reasonable price. I have sent many friends and family to him for service and options/ diagnostics.

Adonay Resom: WORST PLACE TO GET YOUR CAR FIXED.After basically begging them to work on it for months, they finished and gave me my car back. The car run WORSE than when I gave them (making a lot of noise) AND there were PIECES MISSING!!! They promised to order, call me back and install the missing parts. But not only did they not call back they never answered my calls (And I called so man times). I didn't end up going back to their office. I'd never want to meet these people ever again.ALSO they promised to get my car fixed within weeks but they kept my car for MONTHS!! Not only that but they kept avoiding my phone calls. I had to call using other friends phones to get in contact with them. They kept saying next week. When next week came there was no progress on the car.
Alexa Brandenberg: Sadly, I have to amend my glowing review from last year. The customer service is wonderful but ever since my new clutch was installed I had problems and I had to get a new one a month ago. That’s not cheap.It looks like they didn’t use a new part or they didn’t replace the whole thing or something. Go somewhere else for clutch replacement. Olsi Auto made a good story out of what could have been a nightmare. I drove to Worcester from NY to pick up my daughter, and as soon as I pulled off the highway, my car started smoking and screeching and it stalled. My daughter called Olsi and within minutes they called me. They arranged for a tow truck, and sent someone down to make sure I was ok and not too stressed. When the tow truck couldn't give me a lift to the mechanic, they did. And then they repaired my clutch. They did a good job with the clutch, but the service they provided went above and beyond. Thank you, Olsi Auto, for making a bad situation bearable!!

I took my car for repairs, I was charged $650 to fix the front arm control, fix the o2 censor, and they promised to fix the oil that slightly drops from beneath my car. But guess what, those problems still persist. When I went back to them for the o2 censor issue, they said what the engine light read was not o2 censor related even when another mechanic had told me it was o2 censor. I really wanted to involve authorities, but my friends advised I let it go.
