The dug in the wrong spot so there was a 9' diameter dirt patch in my yard when it should have been 2' in diameter. The billed me for a backhoe when they clearly didn't use one.Flat out awful company to work with. I would never recommend this company to anyone ever.The only positive I will say is that the workers who actually showed up to do the work were professional and nice. But they were let down by the lack of leadership in the office.

Tim Grady: Inept, unorganized, and unprofessional. With the licensing laws the way they are, there are not many choices in Grafton to have a title V and septic pump done. It took almost an entire week to have my Title V done and septic pumped, this was done in April, I have yet to receive my paperwork. When I follow up, the confused girl that answers the phone can not keep track of the array of excuses that spill out of her mouth. I was charged for use of a backhoe to locate the septic cover that was 4 inches from the surface. My lawn was left in shambles and I was promised that grass seed would be planted for the butcher job done to my lawn. Seed was planted, by me, paid for out of my pocket. If getting the paperwork I already paid for takes this long, I assume they would show up this winter to plant new grass seed. Also, my Shovel & Landscaping rake that were located in my backyard against my house mysteriously disappeared after their 1st visit and is still missing as of today. So If you want to be charged an extra $180 so some guy can play with a backhoe to locate a round piece of cement 4" from the surface, leaving your yard as a muddy rock filled mess, steal your tools, and take forever to process your paperwork please feel free to contact these clowns. They will certainly not disappoint you.UPDATE...Since Chase-Harris took so long 2 years ago to get my paperwork, the sale of our house fell through. Fast Forward to this week. The house is back on the market. I called Chase-Harris to ask to pick up a copy of my Title V. I was told it wouldn't be a problem, come pick it up the next day. I show up to the office and was rudely greeted by the owner and told that my promised paperwork was not done and he didn't know when it would be done. Its good to see that Chase-Harris never disappoints when it comes to disappointing people.

Kristen S: AWFUL. We had a United portable toilet at the golf course where I work. We were set up for weekly cleanings but they seldom came, we constantly had to call to remind them to come. Then they had the nerve to bill for weekly cleanings when they only came maybe once a month. Finally after they hadn't come for close to two months we called and asked to have it removed. They sad they'd be there 2 days later but of course no one showed up. It took a few weeks and several phone calls to get them to come get it. As you can imagine, with it not having been cleaned in months, it STUNK. They still continue to bill us for those last couple months where they did not come at all. HORRIBLE COMPANY.
