Tax Info: I contacted Dan after he power washed my neighbors home. He responded very promptly to my voicemail and timely emailed me quotes for my home and my mother's home. Delroy Jones: I hired Mastros to powerwash my house, deck, shed, walkway and clean the gutters. I was not at home when they claimed they did the work but sent payment of $450 (which was the highest of 3 quotes I had received).Two days later it rained and I realized they did not clean the gutters as the area around the foundation continued to erode. I called and was told they did clean the gutters but it was the OUTSIDE and they would have to come back and give me an estimate to clean the INSIDE of the gutters. I was aghast and voiced my dissatisfaction but they refused to clean the inside of gutters. I eventually had to get another company to perform this task for $85.00.It is not the cost that upsets me but the fact that Mastro told me they would have cleaned the gutters and they did not. I would never recommend this company to do any work. If you have no choice and hire them, please ensure you get a quote in writing and be there when they are doing the work.They cannot be trusted!!

Was delicate enough to not further damage our shed which is falling apart but still get it looking clean. And offered a walk through after completing the job. And answered all questions on results. Will definitely be using again hopefully for some walkways and patio areas.

Last week, he was coming to do our entire house but when he arrived he noted that it was really only the back of the house that needed to be cleaned. He said "why put chemicals on your house that are unnecessary?" I really appreciated his concern for our home and not just wanting to do the full job for more money.
