Vicki Kouyoumjian: I've used George & Associates a few times to serve notices. However this past tenant needed an actual eviction. Ed was great and walked me through the process explaining everything to the best of his ability. He is always responsive in a timely manner for both phone calls and emails. If a friend needed a constable service I would most certainly recommend them here!

Darnelle Joseph: I would never recommend this constable company. I trusted the company to issue a notice to quit and they cited an incorrect statue. The mistake almost cost me my whole eviction process had it not been for mediation. I started the process in June. Once I went to court the Judge was ready to throw out my case due to the mistake. Thankfully the tenant agreed to mediate. I would have had to start the process all over again due to this incompetence. As a landlord we rely on these services and expect competence especially because we are paying for your expertise. I would suggest going with a company the is not simply using generic forms and charging you. Unfortunately, this type of mistake can cost you both time and money. Eviction is costly enough so it's important the constable issues and cites the correct reasoning for the eviction.

The Real Kleber: Critical:Professionalism,ResponsivenessI sent my paperwork there to be served to the defendant and after almost 2 months, I still haven't had a response. They either lost my paperwork or they're stonewalling me. I used to call once a week to check on the status of my case and then they just stopped answering the phone.
Dana Borges: I was told my paperwork would be filed back with the court as part of my $55 fee and I get a call the day before my court date saying they did not do that and I have to stop by there before 2:30 pm (this call was at noon) to pick up the paperwork for court tomorrow. Will never choose Worcester County Constables again! Terrible service!
