Marisa Curry: Would give 0 stars if it was an option!This clinic is awful and unprofessional. I had an appointment scheduled and received a message four days before that it needed to be rescheduled. I called multiple times only to speak with their subcontracted reception service who could not transfer my call, I could only leave my name and number for a call back. I never received a call back- the day of my appointment I finally got through to someone in the actually Worcester office who answered the phone “You have to come in Wednesday” , without any knowledge of my information or reason as to why I was calling.DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Assuming their doctors and staff are as unorganized and unhelpful as how the run their clinic, I would NOT rely on getting a helpful service.

Gemma Owens: I absolutely love the psychiatrist that I see at this place but I definitely am unsatisfied with the receptionist who keep giving me the run-around about doing the PT-1 Form for me, due to lack of transportation & it's been almost 2 months where I keep getting told that the "Masshealth website isn't working" & how their having issues. I've been told several times that they've submitted the application but I don't believe them whatsoever because a doctor's office I go to had the PT-1 form done in less than a minute.

glenda adorno: Arthur Lopasio called me to set up an appointment for my daughter to do and intake and be her counselor. Went to work the appointment today and first thing that he said, if you are here for counseling and medication you should go to another place. The doctor here for meds comes ones a month...I can be her counselor but I think you should go to another place.I got mad and ask why did you give me an appointment and then say this to us. I spent $15 on parking plus my daughter and I had to leave work early, so we lost more money there.This man is very unprofessional and no consideration with the patient. Poor poor service there (340 main st, suite 869 Worcester).
