His calmness and reassurance gave comfort to us all. Especially to my brother, who was in excruciating pain. He stayed by his side until he was transported by the EMT'S. We are so grateful that he was there and willing to help. Our thanks go out to him and should also go out to his wife and son, who patiently waited for him.
