Rachael Gorman: Finding a place to live is THE WORST! Before we met Becky, we had been trying to find an apartment for FOUR MONTHS and were at our wits ends. Phone call after phone call, it was hours of work with no pay off.I was referred to Becky by a friend of mine, and I liked her right away. She's extremely personable, and you can tell immediately that she knows what she's talking about. Let me tell you, she took the burden of finding a place right off our shoulders! She did So. Much. Dahiana Duarte: Happy to share my experience purchasing a home listed by Coldwell Worcester under Kim McCrohon with anyone who reaches out. We personally experienced what our reps noted was manipulation of facts during negotiations/closing, tardy communication, and a confusing comment that intimidated us as a young couple (warned to fear local officers because an officer she wanted to give the home to lost the offer - a very strange thing to say in this environment to two people who very much respect law enforcement). The treatment left third parties present for it agape, apologizing for what they had witnessed. Although we have the home today, the experience bears sharing with others if it can help them avoid a similar experience.

I have personally used him four (4) times in purchasing and selling houses. He is extremely knowledgeable about the market, what is out there, what the fair price is and will negotiate and be able to back his numbers us with facts.As a real estate attorney I represent people who are buying and selling homes where Mike is one of the brokers. This is where I know I’m spoiled. Deals do not fall through, he attends the home inspections, he negotiates again (if necessary), he ensures that all documents that are required are timely received (such as smoke detectors certificates, leases, etc). Mike is on the ball when it comes to deadlines and communicate well when extensions are needed. He makes my job a lot easier when he is involved.

Stacy Shaw: Karen was my real estate agent and I have nothing but good things to say about Karen! She is super knowledgeable about the area (great for an out-of-stater like me) and was very responsive to all of my questions and even helped me navigate the challenging process of backing out of an offer to make an offer on my dream home that came back on the market. What I really loved about Karen was that I always felt like she valued my interests first, and sincerely wanted me to find a home that I loved. She also never made me feel bad for reaching out with a million questions so I always felt like we were a team! It was a crazy housing market in the summer of 2021, but with Karen’s help, I’m now moving into my dream home and couldn’t be happier!

Kassandra Phaneuf: I went to an open house on Rebecca Ann Dr. in Rutland, MA where Karen Russo was the realtor. I was a motivated buyer and interested in this home. Karen did not give me the time of day which I assume is because I am in my 20s. I would act questions and every response she gave was rude and aggressive. I asked about the presence of potential radon in house and she said “I think it is stupid that everyone is so concerned about radon all of a sudden”. My best friend was with me and witnessed this all happen and he couldn’t believe it either. I don’t think asking questions about radon is stupid at all. She was very attentive to the other man there in his late 30s and answered every question he had. I left the open house upset and although the yard was lovely, because of Karen I wouldn’t even consider it. I have since purchased a beautiful home in Paxton. Lesson realtors should learn - never treat people differently based on their age as you never know how deep their pockets are. Sorry Karen, but you missed out and lost yourself a quick sale.

In addition to her knowledge and professionalism, what is most notable is that she really listens. Selling and buying a home is an extremely stressful process and it takes a good communicator to get you through all the ups and downs. She took the time to understand what I really wanted – what was flexible and what was non-negotiable. She really listened. And she got me an offer on my home well beyond my expectations (in four days) and found me a home I didn’t even know I wanted or needed. I had planned to move to a neighboring state but when things didn’t work out with that realtor and I mentioned this to Jessica she said, “You know I think I know what you are looking for. Why don’t we look at a couple of places around here and see what happens.” What happened was I found a home I love. She is definitely the real estate agent to choose for whatever you need.
