Jess: We used them when we were purchasing and selling our home. Overall they were slow to respond while going through the process some of the doc drafted needed work, which as a professional company shouldn’t be happened at the level it was. I shouldn’t have to tell a lawyer how to write a proper document. I know they had a change in personal while we were working them and I understand that can be difficult so I gave them the benefit of the doubt, which was a mistake. After closing, the sellers owed us money as part of the agreement and we have been trying to contact Army and Roche so we can finalize what the seller owed us but have not heard back. It has been about 2 months now. I would do not business with them again.

Diana Duguay: Have to admit, we started out strong. Now I've sent three emails and no response. I paid in advance for my estate planning and now no one is getting back to me with the documents. Not sure what is going on with them. The only reason i decided to go to them was because they were donating part of the money they make to charity. Revision: in the end it all worked out. They felt bad that they didn't get my emails for some reason and were very responsive after that. I would give them another shot.

This go around I feel I paid a decent amount for no more than paper pushing and little guidance-meaning had to ask/prompt for direction. Poor response times near the end of the case. Would have liked more fight from my attorney. Seemed too accommodating to other attorney. My attorney was starting her own business. Although nice, perhaps distracted.

Daniel Loraditch: Mr. Lee is a member of a criminal Rico gang within the Worcester civil court. He and other lawyers and judges commit fraud and destruction of evidence, regularly. He sold me out and he will do the same to you if given the chance. Check his other reviews at his address in Oxford, mass. He is a crook please be forwarned.

L Dias: I was shopping around for a good tenant lawyer, and I called this office to find representation. The person who answered was a woman she was helpful at first but basically told me in her own words that she doesn't believe I have enough money to seek representation without even asking she assumed that I would not have enough money. She was an older lady but that does not excuse the way you talk to people this isn't the old days, and you do not speak to people in that manner ever. You would have more business and more reviews if the front end of the business was not run in such a way.

Maryna Maryna: Attention all new owner of multi family properties. If you are trying to evict your tenants, you need to research attorneys and pick the one specialized in landlord tenant evictions! Don’t just go for any attorney.My husband and I bought multi family property and some tenants needed to be evicted. We started with the attorney who did our closing paper work . Which was our biggest mistake! He did notice to quite wrong which was the first problem which set us up for failure, but by the grace of God I found attorney John, after calling 3 different attorneys and no one wanted to take my case, John took my case of tenants eviction and try to fix what other attorney did wrong.I really appreciate John, for not giving up on me and my husband and help us to reach an agreement with tenants to move out! Otherwise the other option would be to start all over again.Thank you John!

So after I delivered my Notice To Quit for nonpayment, it was no surprise that the tenant raised hell about all the complaints from the past year. Thair Leo: Based on my experience I don't recommend this attorney when purchasing a property. There are hidden fees that they do not disclose up front, even when asked directly. With them you will lose hundreds of dollars, their job is to protect your money, instead they will steal hundreds of dollars from you. Unprofessional attorney and bad customer service. very rude. There are slow to act and you have to nag them to get them to do anything. Find a different attorney to protect your hard earned money.
