Derek L: One star is generous. Id give 0 stars if I could. I had multiple problems with my rented RV throughout my whole road trip. From the broken table and sewer hose to the leaking toilet, moldy shower, non functioning water heater and fridge that wouldn’t stay cold, it led us to call and inform them of these issues in which they didn’t seem to care. On top of that they are still trying to charge us additional fees months after our road trip ended. At this point it would’ve been more beneficial and cheaper to drive a personal vehicle and stay in hotel rooms seeing that these RVs get horrible gas mileage and were constantly stopping to fill up.
Anthony Bonina: Rv was moldy and table was broken, I informed them and they did nothing. They are also charging me double for fees I already paid.I wouldnt recommend this place it'd be cheaper to buy a plane ticket than to take one of these hunks of junk.
Anthony Ardizzoni: Rented a motor home for 3 nights with my wife and 15 month old. Water heater didn’t work eventually we found valve underneath that was off after 1.5 days. The furnace didn’t work on our entire trip in Maine so it was about 50 degrees at night. Toilet didn’t fill with water had to use the shower head to fill it.I Called cruise America help line they walked me through some trouble shooting but basically said not much the can do after a hr on the phone. Then when I brought it back I told them about the issues they said they would take care of me but instead they charged me extra for showing up late 1.5 hours because of traffic, and another extra for not returning it with a full tank of gas. It wasn’t full when I left I put exactly the same amount in. Never would rent again from them should of slept it a tent or rented hotel room.
Amy Nelson: Never again, rig not ready for pickup, dirty( yet charged us a cleaning fee upon return) sink didn't work, loud and you feel every bump. It smelled like cigarettes and the place we picked it up wanted cash for leaving our car...cash only....hmm, place was sketchy. Would give zero stars if I could. If you call to dispute added charges you get passed around and eventually ignored. No customer service.
John Bai: UPDATE 08/30/2021: After repeatedly contacting them and getting no response, it's time to update this to a 1 star.Guys, DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THEM!There were multiple issues with the RV itself:First and foremost, the table cannot be reset to a "bed" - the metal is twisted upon receipt of the rental on 07/26, resulting in one adult basically having to sit through 10 nights to sleep. I rented the big size (30 ft) exactly to ensure I have enough room for all the people travelling, but this was not possible because of this issue.Second, there is leakage on two nights in the area close to the "bedroom"/restroom area, causing extreme discomfort and inconvenience. (I have taken photo of this)Third, the black water tank indicator (on the "testing all levels" LED lights) is flawed. Even right after emptying it, the black water tank indicator shows a 1/3 full, and it very quickly reaches 2/3. This caused much confusion for us on the road. A couple of times, we had to hold our bladder in fear of the tank being full (while in effect it is a malfunctioning LED light).Fourth, the water intake hose has a large opening in the middle (was there already on rental date). Also, the opening looks very dirty and contaminated. At RV campgrounds, we were not able to get pressured water intake because of the pressure being too low. We were also worried that the contamination might result in more serious health issues.This is my second time renting from CruiseAmerica, with the first time a very pleasant experience (in California). But this time, it is more than disappointing. It is frustrating and unpleasant. In addition, this refund/looking for compensation process has been very time consuming - customer service says the company takes care of customer complaints and issues seriously, but I am not sensing that.I had to call the Customer service number multiple times to reflect the issue while I was on vacation, only to find myself given more hard time/hurdle to cross when I returned my vehicle to the local site.As shown on top: I am looking for their customer service making this right. Still waiting. will update soon.
Yana Micali: Had a great time renting an RV! My husband and I took this for our honeymoon and I couldn't be more pleased about our experience. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend renting from this location if you are looking for a great experience!
Max Bushmelov: I have not rented an RV before and was unsure if this would be the right vacation for me. From the initial contact the staff was very helpful and answered all of my questions immediately. They explained the nuances of operating all features. While on the trip I had to empty the black water and did not know how to do it. I called this locations and they talked me through the entire process on a saturday!! I highly recommend cruise America and this location as the staff is very helpful and accommodating. Can’t wait until our next holiday with cruise America
Chris Tarmey: These RV's are in terrible shape cosmetically and mechanically. I would describe them as "UHAUL" quality.... which means if you want to haul something its probably fine but to live in this for a week is gross. From leaking toilets to electrical issues and storage compartments that barely close and don't latch. It looks like this company buys old used Rv's, rents them out and does as little maintenance as possible. The one thing they did well was to describe fee's and fines I would get when I returned the unit. Unfortunately they did not hold themselves to the same standard or responsibility. It seems the parent company, Cruise America, has the same commitment to quality and customer service... as little as possible. Rent a hotel for the same or less $$ and skip the nasty. If I could have given 1/4 stars I would have!
Pamela Schaefer: This place is the WORST!! Do not rent form them they are awful! They gave me an RV that wasn't equipped properly and would not give me a refund they required cash payment for parking my car in there lit while I was renting the RV and did not even fill the water tank for me! They didn't provide even a hose for me to fill it myself. When I wanted to return early form my trip as the RV was so bad they REFUSED to provide my car keys to pick up my car early as they required that I leave them with them when I left my car. I tried to Gert the parent company to assist and they initially were seemly helpful and then they refused to help. I was disgusted with this place DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!!!
Bob Bobbert: Do NOT rent from this branch. I'm not sure how other branches are run, but this one is very shady; the managers try to charge you with a million hidden fees. Plus, they were about to let us go with a broken generator (which we very much needed), but fortunately WE checked all the features to make sure they worked. They then proceeded to rush us into another RV without cleaning it.I understand you're trying to run a business, but that doesn't mean you have to try to screw over the customer for any money you can get.
Cyndy P: Do not rent from them. Very unorganized and unprofessional for a company this size. Every single aspect from booking to renting to returning sucked immensely. Still think they stole $500 from us but since they DONT REPLY to email requests and we can't figure out the absurdly convoluted final invoice...After a couple of questionable phone calls with them make sure if you have to rent you get every single thing in writing.They DO NOT hire employees with the skills necessary to provide answers, customer service, problem solving or general courtesy.In case I wasn't clear enough, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
Lee La: RV had low mileage, interior was comfortable and fairly clean (room for improvement here), and everything worked as expected. Staff was very nice and gave us a quick walkthrough of the RV features and how to use. We did not receive a user guide for reference so make sure you download the pdf from the Cruise America site and watch their videos online before you go.

They were kind to offer a few vehicles accommodate our family for the needs of our vacation! The vehicle was very comfortable to travel in and very comfortable all around! Susan Perry: Our grandson was diagnosed with a brain tumor. I flew into Massachusetts in order to take care of my granddaughter while my grandson was in Boston receiving care. My daughter and her husband would be with my grandson in Boston. I picked up my car from Worcester. It appeared dirty. They assured me it was OK, as I didn’t have much time to get to my destination I drove the car. By the time I got an hour and a half to our daughters home in Rehobeth, the car was vibrating severely. When I arrived my daughter and her family were shaving my grandson’s hair in preparation for chemo and radiation. After a couple hours I asked my son in law to see why the car was shaking so badly. He drive the car around the block and said the car was not safe to be driven. It was 8 pm when my son in law told me the car should not be driven. As they were leaving to go to Boston at 8, I decided to call budget at 7 am. I called customer service and was told to call roadside assistance. They said it would be a two way tow! Then roadside assistance sent a tow truck to pick up the vehicle but did not bring me a replacement vehicle, even though I had requested one, and been told one would be coming. Every time I called budget I was told that I had pre-paid for this vehicle and could not get a refund. I have tried to work with them several times. They told me to go to a rental location and ask for a replacement car. I explained I could not because I had no way to drive! They still did not help me and refused to refund my money, charging my credit card $450.00for 2 hours of a car! We have always used Budget…never again! They left me stranded at a time I was already in crisis! This is a company without a heart!

Shaun MacDonald: We took a cab from Webster to The car rental place, to be denied!! The employee said, you have a driving restriction for night time driving.I said, to the employee my son has his permit, & he is driving. He proceeded to deny us the rental, after my son paid online with his credit card.We then paid in total $120.00 in cab fare.I would definitely not recommend "Budget Rental Car" to anyone!!We we remain quiet while we were waiting for the cab to come pick us up, and the employee stated to my son, when you spoke to the girl on the phone you had a contract..... So you knew what you were signing.....And sent this out into the rain with a very rude arrogant behavior! We close 10 minutes ago I wouldn't recommend this place to my dogAnybody that treats customers as he treated my son and myself should be fired immediately this is why rental car services don't keep their employees and don't keep their businesses because a-holes like this run to business and don't know how to treat customers properly.!Very arrogant and attitude don't go here do yourself a favor.NeedThis employee should be fired due to the fact he also sent us out into the rain waiting in the rain for a cab mind you who does that
Jeffrey Aragon: We had to get a rental car because our car broke down and so my wife can get to work. My mother-in-law paid for the rental (she lives in Florida). The lady at the front desk yelled at my wife and said that we needed to have the credit card there. My wife asked if there was any other way to prove or anything but the lady just yelled at her. My wife even called my mother-in-law and the law wouldn't talk to her. The lady was really rude and horrible. And now we are on hold to get a refund. These people suck. Never going to use budget ever again. You shouldn't either.

DS Landscapes: Very fast, convenience service. When I walked in they knew what I was there for and they had everything ready. I was in and out in 5 minutes. When I dropped off the rental the gentleman asked what card I wanted charged and made it happen. Again, in and out in 5 minutes. I will rent from these guys again.
