Faith9989 Saldivar: They do not care about womens health, I made my appointment from out of town because I am in town for work and away from my primary care provider which would throw off the birth control cycle. I drove an hour to get there because the website is flawed and they didn’t accept my appointment because it didn’t go through in their system. They did not care that I traveled an hour and the office was empty so they could have taken the time to see me. This place doesn’t stand for anything anymore, definitely not womens health! Pitiful.

People who have checked in after me have been seen and I’m still waiting!? I’m afraid to say anything. The lady at the front desk seems to have some attitude problem.

They take the sensitive nature of their care seriously and are appreciative and respectful of people who come in for precautionary std screeening; as someone who is terrified of hospitals and medical staff but still wants to do the right thing this goes a long way for me.

Phil Trimby: This is a terrific organization providing aid to pregnant women with needs. They provide counseling, ultrasound, financial assistance and more.I've supported their efforts for women financially for years now.

Desiree Levesque: I had a copper paraguard IUD placed in late September 2018. From start to finish, it was a great experience. Every member of the staff is amazing, from the security guard, the receptionists, the medical assistants, nurses, doctors....everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, helpful and kind.My procedure was a bit difficult due to scarring from a different procedure 13 years earlier, but the ultrasound technician, doctor and resident all helped me through the discomfort with breathing exercises and talking me through each step and made every effort to minimize the discomfort with medication (paracervical block). Using the ultrasound helped ensure that the IUD was perfectly positioned which was very reassuring.Thanks to the ACA and my health insurance through work, my total out of pocket costs came to maybe $75 for 10-12 years of highly effective, set it and forget it birth control.I drove 90 minutes each way to visit Planned Parenthood for this procedure b/c they are highly professional and the foremost experts in women's health services and I am extremely happy with the results.Planned Parenthood has been there for me for 20 years for a range of services like low cost birth control pills, women's health exams, pap smears, std screenings, Plan B, and now an IUD. Thank you.

After a religious lecture and including my boyfriend in a private lite chat in the hallway without my permission or knowledge when I made it clear I didn't want him in the room, they sent me home telling me I wasn't pregnant.They did a urine test and an ultrasound.Five days later I was rushed in to emergency surgery for a 9 week ectopic that almost killed me.Never, ever, ever go here. I've contacted them and was hung up on, told I had the wrong office, and not a single of my mailings and emails were responded to.

Melonie Pitisci: Do not go here if you have Nexplanon birth control implant in your arm. It expires at 3 years and when you go to get it removed they will tell you its good for 4 years. WHICH IS A LIE! ITS ONLY 3 YEARS. Because I listened to them i had to take time off from work to go to a surgeon to get sedated to get it removed because it was too deep to be removed the normal way because it stayed in longer than it was supposed to. I went to an OBGYN and they said there has not been studies that says it can be in for 4 years due to that reason. For any birth control needs go see a real OBGYN not this place!

When I got the results of the pregnancy test and proceeded to say I wanted to terminate, I was given a phone number to call and a packet of info I could have googled online. Then i was asked if there were any questions and that was it. I wish I never went to this place. You people need to learn how to treat others.

You don’t just go into an appointment and they forget about you once you leave. Especially in my journey as a single mom it’s been super comforting to have had people like the women who work here in my corner when I wasn’t sure what my next steps would be. Xander Denigh: This website straight up lies about the safety of abortions - the incidence of maternal deaths in carried to term pregnancies is higher than 700/year (and rising - in 2021 it was 23.8 per 100,000 births), whereas data from the cdc's abortion surveillance study 2013-2018 found an incidence of 0.41 per 100,000 deaths from abortion over the span of five years.Abortion is literally 33x safer for the pregnant person than carrying a pregnancy to term.Let's not forget how taxing a pregnancy can be for the pregnant person, and can involve changing their entire body chemistry, even to the carrier's detriment.This clinic doesn't care about pregnant folks, including women. It cares about abetting pregnancy, regardless of the cost.

I called in the past to ask for more information about their services and it was clear that this organization works to persuade women who are pregnant to not get an abortion. I felt uncomfortable with the lack of accurate information I was given and sincerely suggest finding a real healthcare provider to consult with. Planned Parenthood is AMAZING made me feel a million times more confident and comfortable than Clearway ever did.

Tmci 15: I think the clinic itself is a great place for women who are struggling with an unplanned pregnancy. However I did not have a great experience with the women who had called to book my appointment in the Worcester office. I had made an appointment for a Wednesday online it gave me the options for a few times and I picked the time that worked for me. The next day I received a call from a women at the office, she asked me a bunch of questions all which I had already answered when booking the appointment. She then replied that I could not have the appointment on the day I requested I could maybe have a Friday appointment which I replied I was unable to make and I had made the appointment on the day a chose for a reason. She then just hung up on me. I understand during these times limiting people in the clinic is important however hanging up on someone is just down right rude. The reason for this review is not to bash the clinic I’m sure they do amazing things for the community however the customer service is horrible and hanging up on scared, worried and anxious patients is unacceptable.

Amazing staff also. But the one at SPRINGFIELD is really really bad, no calls and nothing. wish I could go to the one at worcester but it's far from me.

Cindy Nguyen: Worst customer service ever at the OBGYN office with Julia Redgate. I was there for an appt which I had to wait 3 weeks to be seen. I gave them my insurance over the phone. They did not try to verify my coverage or call me to follow up. When I got there, they made me wait half an hour to verify my coverage. I called my insurance company and they told me it’s active. They would not speak on the phone to my insurance company and then told me because I took so long to verify my coverage, they had to reschedule me. They said because their “insurance person” was not working today, they couldn’t figure out why they can’t verify my ACTIVE insurance.The medical staff were careless and dismissive. They did not care about my needs and clearly didn’t care that I had call out of work to be seen for an appointment I made so far in advance. I tried to be patient but as someone who’s also in the medical field and have checked insurance coverages before, they would not work with me. I told them there are ways to verify coverage but their response was “we’re not equipped to do that.”
