barbara deloach: Rooms: Check your bed….we pulled back the covers and the linen was not changed. I requested a bed change at front desk and Alena at the front desk spoke very disrespectful and did not send anyone to change it. Alena is a very abrasive person and has a very non-pleasant attitude and demeanor……actually, we are still waiting for a linen change….Alena plays serious hard ball if you need service-Dr. Jordahl

Andrew K: Excellent stay. Stayed one night after a concert. They were friendly and helpful and even were happy to accommodate a late checkout after a late night. Rooms were clean and spacious. I definitely appreciate the clean floors instead of carpet.

Amanda Collins: Beautiful hotel and fantastic accommodations. However, the best thing about this hotel is the staff. They all went out of their way in providing the utmost professional customer service, especially the young gentleman working the front desk with the round frame glasses. He provided the wow factor for this hotel, Marriott is fortunate to have him and the rest of the superior staff. Thank you for a great stay!
Matt Lingner: Really nice. Front desk staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. Rooms were clean and spacious. Hydration station on every floor. Location is good.Safety: Late at night the underground parking lot was well-lit.
Shawn Costa: Was here for a work conference a few weeks back. I was extremely surprised at how nice the rooms were! Everything was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable as well. My only complaint that I left with the front desk was that my toilet wasn't securely fastened to the floor and was rocking a fair amount when you sat on it. Otherwise, great central location and excellent decor, would come back.Safety: Make sure if you go out at night you keep an eye out, we had one of our employees followed back to the hotel by a stranger.

Dina P: First time here came for a baptism in town, and the hotel looks beautiful out and in. The parking is across the hotel in garage. Where you can pay per hour or pay at desk for the days you stay.Hotel room was nice but refrigerator was not cold and not enough lights in room. The breakfast isn’t free you pay for it. The customer service at front desk and house keeping was nice and professional.The amenitiesPool- was small perfect size but very dirty and muggy water and always hair on the pool, it has the smell of chlorine but water is very cloudy and dirty. The hot tub is out for repair.The restaurantUno pizza and grillWalk in and automatically yucky smellBut we decided oh well it must be busy but then noticed tables weren’t clean and waitress and hostesses were rude and didn’t want to help. Dr. Melissa Ann Mitchell, PhD: The only really good thing about this hotel stay was the location, we were visiting WPI and the hotel was basically a few blocks away. The beds were horribly uncomfortable. It was so bad it made me rethink whether I want to book a Hilton again. The Wi-Fi was slow in the room and there were no streaming services on the TV. The fire alarm detector was hanging from the ceiling by a wire! We asked for some extra soap and coffee for the room was were told to come down to the main desk to get it. I will be traveling to Worcester often and I know I won’t stay at this property again.Food & drinks: The breakfast was good in the restaurant, the waitress was very nice and helpful and the chef made really great eggs.

Joe Franke: The Rooms were old and out of date, with some strange smells. The bathroom water pressure was horrible. The breakfast buffet charged you 17 dollars for the same breakfast that's free at any other Hilton property. The wifi didn't work consistently. Overall a very bad hotel, would recommend finding alternate accommodations.Rooms: Old and smelled bad

Gabby Moreno: Was very disappointed at the experience we had at this hotel. We were here for a work event hosted over the weekend. Both myself and other colleagues reported how the fitted sheets on the beds didn’t actually fit the bed. We were constantly trying to make the bed but one end would always pull up to reveal stained mattresses that didn’t leave a very comfortable feeling with you. I tried to use the fitness room and exercise on the treadmill. I was using a treadmill, as was another gentlemen. I was trying to do a running workout and as I was jogging to warm up, it just felt like something wasn’t right in the speed or cadence of the treadmill. As I started going faster, suddenly the treadmill jolted still, as did the other gentlemen’s. Turns out a fuse blew. I went to the front desk to alert them and the attendant said “oh no, not again. This happened an hour ago”. They reset the circuit breaker but the gentleman and myself agreed it wasn’t safe. The treadmill “skips a beat” and someone could have gotten hurt. Unbelievable that they haven’t replaced these dated machines by now. Hotel rooms are also dated and dirty. Definitely won’t stay here again.

T W: Beds are terrible and old. Rooms are small. Decor is out dated in the rooms. Almost slipped and fell about a dozen times in the tub because it’s so slippery.
Ben Robertson: This is another Hilton property that is showing its age and needs an update. It's not as bad as some of the Hilton's where I stayed but I was sorry I did not pay a little more to stay at another nearby hotel that had better reviews. This hotel has very nice staff and the breakfast was not bad but the air quality in the room was like a busy parking garage. They have an ionizer to mitigate poor air quality in the rooms but I never even heard of that before. That is how bad it is that they have a special machine to deal with it. They ran it when I went out and things were better when I got back but I would not recommend this place until they fix the air quality problem.
