Camping World of West Boylston: what do users think?
Kevin Thomson: Stay away! We had an extended service contract that they did not honor, jerked us around for the last 3 years until it ran out.
Ronald Rossetti: Large selection of new and used campers. All brands and prices. Very well run business.
Scott Bridges: Very disappointed in the service I received. Bought a used camper in October and couldn’t pick it up due to problems with the awning and heater. When I did pick it up, I was told I didn’t pay for weight distribution setup (I had the hitch and everything), I paid over $25k for a camper and didn’t come with help to setup the hitch???? Now that we have camped for the first time I have found the black water tank stinks and when I flushed it I found dirt brown water being flushed out, so they never cleaned the tanks like they said they did. Also found a leak in the back of the outside shower after I hooked up water from campground. The connection for the cold water was extremely loose, so they never even checked the water system. Then I found the electric side of the hot water was not working, which I found the wire from the back of the switch had become disconnected, since I only traveled 5-miles to this campground and was smooth travel, I doubt they even checked the hot water (most likely not since they didn’t check the water system). Not at all happy with the after sale service!
Bryana Graley: Loved these guys. Price match ✔️ great attitudes. Willingness to help. Even added on my coupon. If he kept going I was concerned Ed he would be paying me lmao. They joked around with my toddler while still maininting their professionalism and doing their job better then expected. I'll definitely be back
Ellen M. Goldsmith: My spouse was looking for a part for our RPod. They didn't have it. Salesperson was very nice and knowledgeable.
Rhonda Eaton: Excellent staff and selection
PeggySue Werthessen: THE WORST! AND THEY GHOSTED US.Massive markup on every part (40+%), terrible communication, and worst of all - didn't actually fix the things that they said that they fixed. (We weren't able to test at pickup. We had to wait until we plugged in at home). They held onto the rig for months and fixed less than half of the items on the punch list (it was a new rig and was being fixed under warrantee). We had originally wanted them to do a number of upgrades but they massive markups and subpar materials led us to abort these plans.Audrey has been completely unresponsive to my multiple emails letting her know that we are having issues with their work.... Now we have to find another dealer who can fix the warrantee items while it is still covered.
AW LG: This place put my family at risk, as well has a terrible service department. I was sold a pop up camper with a defective and old carbon monoxide propane detector. They are to be replaced after 5 years, this one was from 2016. Additionally, work that was to be completed prior to pick up wasn’t done, I am very disappointed in this location.28OCT22 edit. This company has not followed through and done the right thing. Shop elsewhere. They had plenty of chances to redeem themselves to no avail.I am repairing issues myself that this location promised would be completed, it was to have a propane valve replaced on the fridge - which did not occur - further putting my family at risk. Avoid at all costsEdit after submitting report via BBB 21OCT22, have had a number of calls that are clearly cost driven interns of resolution. Their policies and procedures are clearly deficient and poorly managed if a product is sold with defective safety equipment. I feel like I am getting the run around - Buy elsewhere.
Rob Crug: Horrible communication from Warranty and Service, I have been waiting for 1 part since we received the trailer 2 years ago, a simple window latch . Then a part for the fridge for 8 months now, I have been going back and forth on emails and was told parts were shipping Nov 11 and have had no updates since then. I would not recommend this location for anything after the Sale and if this is how they are after I wouldn't recommend buying here either.
Diane Palmer: Cheryl was very friendly and professional. She was upfront and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure working with such an awesome saleswomen.
Rachael Sage: If I could rate Camper's World lower than one star I would. My brand new camper was leaking from the black tank and sink connections within 4 months. After the service call I was told someone would be in touch about scheduling a return visit to drop the tank and install the new gasket. It took REPEATED calls to figure out what the status was on my repair. First I was told the gasket was on order, then I was told my warranty claim hadn't been processed yet (after 10+ wks). It took multiple follow up calls to find out if/when processing took place. Then I get a call about a month later saying the part arrived and I should call back to schedule the repair in the Spring of 2023?! This repair was supposed to happen last October. I then received an email asking me to complete a customer satisfaction survey??? Apparently they closed out my repair in their system 'because it was old'?? Who does business like this? Not only are their customer service and service department the worst I've ever dealt with but their business practices seem to be a bit shady. I sent in a scathing customer satisfaction review and received something back saying my concerns were being forwarded. SHOCKER, HAVEN'T HEARD A THING! Do not do business with West Boylston Campers World! You're better off paying more for your camper elsewhere and at least having the hope of some measure of customer service.
Michelle Ansbach: You all are miracle workers. If anyone is in the market for an RV, it is worth driving to this specific location in West Boylston to find what you need. I can't even begin to express our gratitude to this gem of a staff for going the extra 100 miles to get us into the rv of our dreams. Ray, Anthony, Cheryl, Charlene, Steve, everyone at WBCW, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. May 2023 be an amazing year for you all.
Deborah Lynn Strafuss: Excellent staff, service and help for newbies in the RV world! Mike R, Kevin, office, store and service staff all equally helpful and friendly. Gave us a good price and we found our perfect tiny first camper!!
Anthony Brown: I have to edit my review, due to the issues faced. Camper was fine for a few months. August hit and the slideout stopped pulling out and there was a clicking sound when trying to extend it. Brought it to campers world and they said it would be repaired in a few weeks, it's now 2 months later and they still haven't fixed or got the part to fix the camper. Nobody knows where the part is or why it's not coming and they keep giving me the run around! Camping world has almost owned my brand new camper longer then I have. Nobody I talk to seems to care or is doing anything about it, I feel like I need a new camper at this point.....DO NOT GO TO CAMPINGWORLD!Original review:Great place to buy a camper, joe from sales found what we wanted and helped us find what we wanted, great guy and got a good price for the camper we picked out. One thing I would knit pick it would be the high pressure sales tactics in the finance office. As for parts and service I can't say enough about how good they are, honestly it's where they shine as a business. Whatever you pay Mike in the parts dept, you need to double it, he knows what he's doing and his customer support is top notch. Looking forward to working with them in the future
Wm Cosme (Hadder): Kevin Quinlan was there for me every step of the way! I couldn’t be more happy with the service provided and the salesman’s knowledge of the campers themselves. I came without a camper and left with one that I could not be more happy with. Kevin was my salesman and he was absolutely wonderful and I could not be happier. My travel trailer has been a perfect fit for everything that I wanted and hoped for and I recommend anyone to Kevin Quinlan! Thank you !!
Robert Cross: I typically do not like to write negative reviews, however, this deserves a negative write up. First, I will start out with the positive. Our sales rep did really well in negotiating with us--worked out a pretty good deal. Secondly, the financing part of the deal went really well. It was all downhill from there. When we went to pick up our RV, during our walkthrough we noticed some things that needed to be fixed. No biggie. We waited for two weeks, no updates, nothing. So I called them. When I asked what was going on they said they were waiting on the warranty approval from the maker. Another week goes buy, another call, told again that they were waiting on warranty. So, I called the manufacturer, and what do you know, they do not have any warranty submissions. Flat out lying to me. So, I called Camping World corporate office, where their slogan is, "If you are not happy, Marcus is not happy." They connect me with a case manager. She called and left a message the next day, which I was not able to answer. I called the case manager back 5-6 times for over a month--not one call back. I was also in contact with the general manager of the West Boylston Camping World. He promised he would take care of everything and keep me up to date. However, each week that went by, I had to call them on them to find out the status of my RV. They had my RV for 6+ weeks before I was able to pick it up. This was during peek camping season here in New England. We actually had to cancel 2 reservations. Then when I picked it up, one of the things they were supposed to have fixed (a façade) comes crashing down on the floor as we opened the RV, and the power jack was not working. After spending 3 hours in their parking lot while they fixed everything, I was finally able to drive it home. The GM promised that he would order a new façade. Well that was three weeks ago and still no façade and no phone call. The GM promised a $350.00 gift card for all the troubles and said it would be mailed to me 2 weeks ago--guess what? Still do not have it. I called the corporate office once again, where guess who they connected me with who they said was the best person to handle the situation--my case manager who never once called me back in over a month. I understand things happen--but this is beyond ridiculous, especially with all the lies. I would not recommend ever buying anything from this establishment.
S Sam: One department doesn’t know what the other is doing. Like a sitcom. A very expensive sitcom.***Update***A year later and still dealing with same issues, still not resolved. Absolutely disgusted. Never again will we do business here and will tell anyone thinking about it to go elsewhere. Escalating our concerns go nowhere, so save the reply to this post from “customer service”. Never have we had such a negative and just all around mind boggling experience like this ongoing situation with camping world. Like I said in my original review, it’s just so completely ridiculous and unprofessional it’s comical.
George dubiel: Staff was very attentive and friendly. Deal was superb!
Scott Leonard: Went there to buy a RV. The prices for their junk is outrageous. Only a dumb Democrat would pay for it.
Barry Ross: Had an older camper to trade in. Wanted to upgrade to a newer model. Michael was my salesman and he was awesome. Easy going, straight forward, and no surprises. Well, except for the roof issues on my trade, but they gave me a break that made me happy. Would recommend Michael and Camping World of West Boylston to anyone. Their entire staff was great.
Paul Bianco: Sales side of things went very smoothly, as one would expect...Service is another story, go somewhere else if you need it. I've had a panel needing to be replaced since I picked the camper up brand new one year ago. Part is finally in so I dropped it off 6 weeks ago and they still haven't started the work. Forget about reaching them by phone, nearly impossible. Worst dealership I have ever dealt with for service...nothing but excuses.**EDIT - So I got tired of excuses and picked my TT up. Now it's been 4 months of trying to get answers and something scheduled (There is also a recall for propane leak that they evidently don't care about our safety)...so going to be reaching out to the manufacturer for alternate options. Bottom line, RUN don't walk away from Campers World, RUN, no matter how good the deal looks it is not worth the headaches that come with trying to get service.

Breezy Bend RV Center Inc: what do users think?
Thomas Da Silva: Jeff has helped us out with our camper more times than i could count. Not only does he offer annual storage and maintenance but he also stands by his work 100% no matter how small. We have had him do fluid changes in our motorhome for the past years and have never been disappointed.
Bill Lyon: Excellent, friendly service. Very accommodating.
Sheila: Very nice but they've moved to another location in town.
Brad Senosk: Good place for all RV type work.
Dan Duda: Breezy Bend is now Davis Auto! Top notch shop!
Edoardo Bartolini: I came by because of a broken leaf spring on a trailer. Spoke to the mechanic he said it should take around 1h for the replacement. Most of the bolts were rusted and siezed on and I agreed it would be a better option to just cut them all off and buy new brackets. In 30-45min one side was off. I left at that point. I come back to the trailer being done but being billed for 3 1/4 hours of work. In no way in hell did it take him 3 1/4 hours, the way I knew is when I mentioned it the owner said "it certainly did" but was unable to maintain eye contact. Good shop floor and good for parts but stay away from the 100$ an hour mechanic shop.
Jones Bradley: Respect and polite serviceThank you Sir 👍🇺🇸We will be back for our garden needsYou made a veteran's day better by your kindness 👏🇺🇸Thank you his wife!✨

Mann's RV: what do users think?
Jeff Noble: This place is by far the best. No need to go to the BIG RV places. These folks will take care of you and your camper better than you will. I love an hour away, I will drive happily to have them service my camper
Bethanne Whitney: The best camping place to shop, they have everything, and even if the dont have in stock, they find and order it! I have a 1981 camper and they still look for whatever I need, last but not least, they winterize trailers for a very reasonableness price .
Jeff White: Fantastic Service
Andrew Minasian: Very nice and helpful staff. parts went of their way to help me ....out of their way !!!
Josh Randall: Stay away from this place. Bought a used keystone camper from here. As a member of the military, they gave me a good deal. Overall the camper is very nice. Less than 30 days of owning it, all the tires blew out on the highway. Informed Mann’s RV within the 30 day purchase agreement and said they won’t cover the tires. Upon further inspection, the tires are rotted and are not safe enough to handle the camper load. That’s bad business and is not how a business should be run.
omar: Jeremy is unbelievable! If I could give Mann’s RV more than 5 stars I would in a heart beat. Every time they’ve worked on my truck and trailers they have been very prompt, honest, professional and do high quality work. Working with Jeremy is a blast, he’s extremely knowledgeable and has an awesome personality and takes great care of his customers. I’ve referred friends and family and they all share in the same experience! Highly recommend Mann’s RV.
Rick Racine: Awesome service Jeremy very accommodating we will return
Simone O'Dell: The team over at Mann's made purchasing my first new travel trailer a great experience. Each person I met was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Having ordered the trailer during the pandemic, delivery was delayed by nearly a year. This was not the fault of Mann's and they did everything they could to keep us up to date on the build status. When the trailer finally arrived, Jeremy in the parts department went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I needed to get started and at a great price.
emily panczyk: Amazing experience! Definitely will rent again from them! Always answered my questions and even offered help when the office was closed through text or phone calls!
Rebecca Weaver: Mann’s is great. Very professional. They have delivered my camper for the past five years. One year there was a small issue and they replaced it immediately. I have nothing but good things to say about them. Very honest. Also, Paris, the representative is so helpful and friendly. She is the best.Hi recommendations for allRebecca Weaver
Leesa Galatz: Great experience with Mann's RV. They delivered it, set it up for me. The unit was clean and well functioning, very comfortable. Refunded my security deposit quickly. Will rent from them again.
Elizabeth Poirier: I have rented from Mann's for several years. They always listen to my needs( great A/C and lots of storage.) Units are always clean and comfortable, and set up is done before I arrive. Nothing for me to do except enjoy. Customer service ( ask for Paris) is exemplary. Always there to answer any questions. I highly recommend Mann's for your next adventure.
Jessica Stringer: Wonderful to work with. Will definitely use them next year.
Bruce Piermarini: The people at Mann's RV are friendly and personable. Service was great, and lot's of units to choose from. I will always go to Mann's for my RV and Tavel Trailer needs. Thanks again, Bruce Piermarini
Chris Burnard: Very rare these days that you find a business that stands behind their word, even if it entails a financial loss to them. This is what a family business such as Mann’s RV is. I purchased a used RV which had, unknown to Mann’s, some serious issues. Without a blink of an eye, Mann’s took substantial efforts, parts to resolve to problem, not only satisfactory, but better than new.Todd, Jeremy and Dillan are by far pillars in the industry. After some experiences with the newer local nationwide chains around in Mass, in my eyes, there no better place for an RV enthusiast than Mann's RV. Whether it be a RV purchase, parts or repair, Mann’s RV should be the go-to place for all in Mass.
Mark Christian: Jeremy at Mann’s RV recently helped us out by ordering and getting delivered overnight a desperately needed part for our Class C. We were on day 1 of a week long vacation at a local campground and needed an odd but very important plumbing part. Jeremy really knows his stuff and knew exactly what we needed. I met him and Paris and waited in the shop with them the next day for the part. I was able to easily install it and it saved our vacation! Thank You Jeremy and Paris!
Justin Eisnor: Couldn't be happier with the customer service of these gentlemen. Got me out of a trip canceling jamb twice. I'm not a leave a review kind if guy but I thought I should share.
Janeth Williams: Jeremy, in service, is the most respectful, honest, helpful service person at Mann’s! He is instrumental in helping to maintain my 12 year old travel trailer that I love. My trailer is old enough that parts aren’t readily available. Jeremy found a solution so that my travels can continue! I have bought a pop up and a travel trailer at Mann’s and I have found that the service now is better than ever thanks to Jeremy!
Tony Belanger: Jeremy in the parts department was extremely helpful and accommodating in fulfilling my order. I would definitely buy from Mann's rv again. Thanks Jeremy!
Chris “Snellinstein85” Snell: Walter is the nicest, most informative person I've ever met. He has been nothing but helpful.
Axel Roman: Good place for camping materials they have beautiful brand new trailers and really nice pre-owned as well.. staff was friendly and polite would definitely recommend...

Fuller RV Rentals & Sales: what do users think?
Terry Edberg: We rented an Motor Home to take an 88 y/o man and his 85 y/o brother to visit their 98 y/o aunt in South Carolina, who raised them as orphans at the ages of five and two. She said to me as we left to come back to Ct; "I want to thank you for bringing the kids to see me"! Thank you Sheri. We truly had a magnificent eleven days.Terry and Sandy
Joseph Borsellino: My wife and I rented an RV for the first time to help celebrate our 25th Anniversary. Sheri at Fuller RV was outstanding in introducing us to the life. She showed us every RV we wanted to see to make a great match between us the vehicle right for us.She explained the operation of all RV systems, suggested quality sites to stop with all needed hook ups, helped install a navigation system for safe RV travel, was down to earth friendly at all times and gave her cell number to call her if we had any problems during our 1 week venture. Sheri obviously loves her RV business and customers, and her service exemplifies this. We like and trust Sheri and recommend her to anyone.
Michael Kary: They are not honest . They buy low and sell high. Basically cheating sellers
Jack Mac: We are new to the RV scene and just beginning our search to purchase a unit. Fuller RV , actually, was highly recommended by another well known RI dealer. We called before making the trip and spoke to Paula and later met Sheri upon arrival. After my many years being dually in both insurance and auto sales, I have to say our initial experience has been awesome and we plan , once we narrow down our search, to purchase from Fuller RV just because of Sheri and Paula. They are transparent, sincere, and knowledgeable. 👍
Gina Vazquez: These people know how to sell an RV!!!
Kirsten Root: Our vehicle was in perfect condition and very clean. Sheri explained everything in great detail. Wonderful customer experience.
mike taormina: Sheri Fuller at Fuller RV is amazing. She stands behind her sales commitment with integrity and honesty !! We recently purchased an RV from Fuller RV and can personally testify that Sheri was there to help us even after our purchase. It’s comforting to know they FullerRV can be relied on when we have a real need or a simple question. Thank you Sheri !!!
Richie Axelsen: I would not recommend doing business with this company as they are as shady as the come last week 5/17/2021 I call multiple times and finally got through to a women Sherri and asked her what she could do for pricing on a particular RV and during the call she was either on another call or had someone in person arguing with them while I was on the call with her and then once I had her attention she said she would need to contact her husband who was on the road buying another camper so I didn’t hear back from her for two or three days so I called again to have her answer and tell me basically her life story about how stressful it is there she’s got 150 things going on she’s sorry but she would definitely let me know as soon as possible when her husband gets back to her on the pricing now this is three days later still have not heard back anything on the fourth day I called she said he would except your offer and you are all set I said OK no problem at all what I will do is have my friends give you a call cause I’m calling on their behalf and they will finalize the deal well the next day my friends called her to only find out they were not getting a call back they left multiple voicemail messages for her to call them back so that they could come down and finalize the deal and pay for the RV and get everything done she never called them back so I called her only not to get a call back and repeated calling her until I received a text message this long lengthy text message saying that they’ve decided they can’t do that price they felt is all they were under a lot of pressure from me and that the vehicle an RV is worth more than what they quoted me and that they’ve had other quotes or other offers higher this is after we already agreed on a number so finally I called her she answered the phone only to give it to her husband who was absolutely the rudest man I’ve ever met my life swearing at me telling me he’s not selling it for that price that he told me he would do there’s no if what’s about it that’s it it is what it is if you want it at this price great if you don’t then I’m not selling it to you at the price I agree with you folks let me just tell you these people should not be in business they are the shadiest group of people I have ever met in my entire life I would not rent an RV from them I would not buy an RV from them as a matter fact I recommend highly you do not do any business whatsoever with these people they do not uphold their side of the deal and they will try to get extra money from you anyway they can I have been told by other people since this incident that they try to get people to pay more when they bring an RV back that they rented saying there was stuff wrong with it so just be careful when you’re doing business with these people and quite honest don’t do business with them
Michael Teuber: Very helpful and knowledgeable
N Sullivan: BEYOND HELPPFUL!!Sheri has been the most helpful and knowledgeable person we could have found to help us with purchase and use of our new toy hauler. I don't think you can come up with a question or situation with your RV, Camper, Toy Hauler that Sheri cannot answer knowledgably and from experience. I cannot recommend her and her team more highly!!!!!!
rourri beck: We bought a RV in the middle of the Covid craze this summer. I started looking online for a particular floor plan, from every RV dealership. I found what I needed quickly on their website and was thrilled with the photos. Lots of interior shots were available from many of the RVs in stock, so I knew what I what I wanted as I was trying to figure it all out. We had rented from them 10 years ago, but weren't in a position to buy...but now we were. Yes, I did check them out first as we had rented from them before and had a good experience. But other RV dealerships didn't have the photos or the information listed as Fuller's had. Then came trying to buy it. First of all.. you have to understand, this is NOT LIKE BUYING A CAR. Yes, it is a car, but with the RV we wanted (a used rental), it was out on a rental lease. Just because you want the RV when it comes in, doesn't mean you get it that day. They did a thorough check over, and detailed it with a deep clean for me. Removed stickers that pertained to their business identifying it as a rental. It was spotless when we walked in. The only draw back in the buying is I bought this in the middle of summer...in the middle of the covid RV craze. People were crawling all over the lot at 9pm at NIGHT looking at RVs on a Friday...the Friday I took delivery of it. When I was first looking, I walked in to the office to inquire about the RV as it was out for an unintended extension, the place was always jumping with people every time I walked in and that night was no different. Sheri gave me far more time than she really should have in going over things. She was super patient with me and my "list" of things I had to ask her.... It was 3 pages. I wanted to make sure I got this right. I left the lot at 9pm, she still had 3 more people "taking deliveries" behind me after I left. A week later we went for short camping trip to test it all out. A light came on, and we called Fullers. Sherri had us drive right to them, no appointment, and they fixed it on the spot, and off we went. It was a gas cap light issue...nothing huge, but still, they took the time to get us taken care of....Sherri even took time out of her day on her personal cell phone via Facetime when something we couldn't figure out while out on our first trip. This is a small family business, and as I work for one in the sewing industry, I know what a tidal wave looks like for a retail rush as Christmas in retail is crazy... Fuller's was hit with this covid RV wave, it was bigger than Christmas waves I have seen, and for us (although they are out straight) they have always found the time to answer our questions or get something put right on the spot. I don't know when Sherri or her husband sleep. Very pleased with our experience!
Morvan Moreira: I buy a trailer 2015 stream light Faller RV .at the end of summer .arrived use 2 times. All had problems.when talking to representatives of Faller RV, only thing spoke warranty only 3 months. I was coming back from cap cod last week the tire I am. Me, my wife and two kids. I called the rep from the last answer that ran out of warranty. I just found out the RV was rebuilt for you. Gas leak, no spare tire, no catalogue, and they asked to sign, like, 15 sheets that wasn't matched. I'm asking all of you that I wouldn't even make it to the door of the store. Lie and manipulation. (Just want I your money and goodbye.
Shadi Fattoum: It’s a huge mess! I called them asking about RV rental and I was informed that they have only one available for the time being but they don’t have any photos of that unit. Due to the conflict reviews and vague description I decided to go and take a look myself “almost 2 hours round trip” so I took an appointment. The owner took me to the RV but after less than 5 minutes she answered the phone and disappeared for more than 15 minutes so I was wondering around until a guy came and asked me what I want and I started asking him questions. At the beginning he was answering then he got aggravated and told me "you have too many questions and I don’t have time, if you want sign a contract I’ll do it otherwise it will be rented by tomorrow”. I tried to speak to the owner again because the RV was filthy but she said she is very busy and will call me the same day which never happened. I called her the next day and said “things have changed and other RVs are nonfunctional and not sure if that one will be available” and she promised to call me but never did. Anyway I changed my mind about renting from them because the way they treated a potential costumer and my concern of their costumer services afterward. One word to the owner, don’t waster people time!
Eric Kuczarski: We had a great experience with Fuller RV and would recommend them to anyone looking to rent an RV.We rented an RV for a one week trip to the 1000 Islands region of Upstate NY and had a great experience. I had never operated an RV before but with Shari's thorough overview beforehand it was actually pretty straightforward! They have a great variety of models to choose from, we had four people plus two golden retriever's, our 25 foot unit with a full slide out provided enough room for us for the week. The vehicle ran great at all times and all accessories were fully functional. You may have heard that renting an RV is all the rage during these COVID times, and Fuller RV is no exception. Fuller is slammed right now and Shari is clearly doing her best to juggle 20 things at the same time. Given this, I do recommend that you are proactive in making sure you fully understand all the charges beforehand (there are a number of fees in addition to the rental fee), confirming your reservation and setting up a separate overview session in the evening prior to your scheduled departure date. Finally, unless its a quick question, I recommend you visit them onsite as opposed to calling them and leave plenty of time for your visit as you may need to wait a while before getting time with Shari. Finally, be advised that you are expected to fully clean the inside and wash the exterior before returning the RV or you will be hit with additional cleaning charges. This was indeed disclosed ahead of time, so I am not complaining, but it would be nice to have an option of paying an additional fixed fee ahead of time so you could make the choice whether to clean it yourself or pay to have someone else take care of it. I can't speak for everyone, but the idea of having to do a full cleaning inside and out when you first get home from your vacation is a tough return to reality!
Peter Thomas: We had reserved a Class A from RVshare.com, which connects renters with owners. The day before pickup the owner called me and said the RV would no longer be available, that it had a mechanical problem that couldn't be fixed. We were supposed to take it for 30 days! Scrambling, I called several RV rental companies to try to find anything we could take for that long and on short notice (over 4th of July too!). I found Fuller RV and while on the phone they moved some things around to get me in a Class A Georgetown. The machine was not without mechanical problems, but they were minor. I expected as much after putting 7,000+ miles on it and had brought my toolbox. I called Fuller a few times and they were helpful and talked me through some of the quirks of the RV and how to fix them. Like I said, nothing major. They are very responsive too; day or night they pick up the phone. The return was easy; there were no hassles or last-minute charges. Sheri is straightforward and easy to deal with.We visited 17 states in 30 days and logged a lot of miles. It was the trip of a lifetime for my family, but it almost didn't happen. I'm grateful Fuller was able to accommodate our last-minute request.A pic from our trip in the Georgetown 36'.
Michelle L: We rented and RV from Fuller a while ago pre-Covid for an upcoming trip. We have all our plans set including house-sitters and sites along the way. Not a word from Fuller since we rented, until we reach out, and lo and behold the RV we were contracted for is not available and they are swapping it for another type/class of RV we actually never wanted. We did in fact call them and they were not helpful, in fact the person I spoke with was almost rude and that was quite frustrating. I saw another post about bait and switch and that made me think, especially when we are told that the model we are getting is not at all what we contracted for and they only have bigger more expensive models available in our class. Now I want to give them the benefit of the doubt but the more I look into the company, the more nervous I get. In all fairness, they offered to refund, but as I said it is a trickle effect and we will lose money with all the other things we have paid out, ie.house-sitters and sites. Will they refund that as well since this is their fault not ours? Of course not. ****I am also of the mindset that customer service is key when running a business and after expressing my discontent and frustration with what was happening and that I was not pleased with what they were offering, all Ingot as a response was "well, I am not putting you in a bigger one those cost more..." Um... Sorry that is not my problem, now, is it. You have 4 weeks to get the RV we are supposed to have repaired and the one you are giving us you are able to turn over in less than a half a day... This is all concerning....****Also, if we are picking up an RV in the afternoon that was dropped off in the morning, that further raises a number of questions for me especially in light of a pandemic, since CDC recommendations (I looked this up on a number of other RV rental sites and with the CDC) are that 24-72 hours should pass between return and re-rental to give adequate time for cleaning, disinfecting and maintenance. I have looked at their site and there is no information on their cleanliness/disinfection policy as other RV sites have. You have to contact them for information. Why not be transparent and post it on your site, I ask? ***I have serious concerns about the ability to clean and disinfect and fully inspect the mechanics of the vehicle in such a short time, especially where you say you are so busy.***Now we are stuck or we lose money and our long awaited vacation and that appears to be what they bank on. Again I want to give benefit of the doubt but this is already not boding well especially where this would have been their responsibility to reach out and let us know ASAP that they were swapping out our vehicle even if they think it is a better deal. ****I continue to disagree with your sentiment and I am the one who will be staying in this vehicle not you****.I will update as more information comes in ... but for now I rate their customer service solely in this matter up until now with a lackluster 2 Stars for not being transparent and proactive.
Lindsay Schiller: BE VERY AWARE!!!! (No “Karen” intended)I never received a proper reservation confirmation of any sort. 10 days before my trip the final amount that was owed was $700 more than what I was originally quoted for when I reserved the RV, but since I didn't ever receive a formal confirmation at the time of the booking they were able to charge anything they wanted. I was able to cancel and thankfully I had a back up plan and can still enjoy my vacation. This company is taking advantage of COVID times and using the bait and switch when it comes to booking their RVs.And yes, they had confirmed my email address each of the 4 times I had called to request a reservation confirmation, so that is certainly no excuse that they didn’t have my contact information. This is a very slimy and sketchy business, especially with the “owner” answering the phone each time with an excuse as to why I haven’t received a booking confirmation with my original quote and booking details.
Steven Siegel: We've rented from Fuller 6 times and have been extremely satisfied. RV rental is a tough business, as people with various experience and utility are using a complicated machine with many systems that can go wrong or break. Fuller maintains their vehicles to a high standard so that even the older vehicles we have rented were clean and well maintained. On occasion we've had trouble on the road -- for example a slide that got sticky and stopped working, but Fuller was available at odd hours by phone and talked us through diagnosis and a fix. Their contract is detailed and fair, and be aware that they adhere to the terms strictly. I have a lot of respect for their business and recommend them highly.
Boni B.: COVID-19 WARNING, this business is NOT cleaning their rentals. We cleaned the counters and table before use and the towel coming away a disgusting brown color. The trailer clearly had not been wiped down, let alone cleaned. This is also when we discovered the refrigerator did not work.On day two we woke up to 45 degree weather and discovered that the heater didn’t work either. On day the three we woke up to a horrible smell. We discovered that the grey water tank was 1/3 full and the black water tank was 2/3 full. Yes, that’s right; they sent us on our way with a tank full of someone else’s waste.Fuller RV refused to discuss the situation with us and ushered us out the door. This company could actually make you sick. Stay safe, healthy and stay away from Fuller RV.
leelee m: We went to Sherry looking for an RV and she could not have been more helpful and service oriented. She is a very hard-working business owner and it is really nice in the day of big box stores to deal with people that are family owned businesses that you can trust. Fuller RV in Boylston Mass. is the best RV dealer in western Massachusetts!
Jonathan Tidman: I needed a part for my older camper trailer. Called Fuller, they not only knew exactly what I needed but suggested an update that saved time and worked perfectly. They also offered sound advice on maintenance procedures put me on the right track. All for one part, I call that unbeatable customer service.

Camping World of Uxbridge: what do users think?
steven carroll: Unless you're sure you're going to buy it don't give a deposit. Took countless calls and emails and extremely unprofessional conversations and excuses to get my deposit back. They will never get my business.
Gustavo H. Galvanini-Boldrini: Matthew Foutcher was wondeful with my whole family when We showed up, very acommodating, showed us several hybrid campers & then did it all over again 😂. We ended up buying since Matthew was very knowledgeable and able to break things down in details for us novices to understand. We are very happy with the hybrid camper We bought. Btw, they have coffee, candy for the kids, hot chocolate, all free for clients/customers, their variety of campers, rvs, hybrids are second to none, I've never seen such a full lot. Thanks Matt.
Eric Voedisch: Went to pickup a anode for my camper wasn't sure if it would fit asked if they could look up she intro to the specialist asked if it right one or could he look it up for most campers have the same heating system didn't seem to be interested in helping so I bought it look right to me asked just to be sure guess not didn't mean to bother u customer service is not good I work in the field sales must be bad I can see why
Sean Comptois: By far the worse place to buy a camper. Bought a brand new camper 3 months ago and found out when we went to pick it up a week later that it had some broken parts that needed to be fix, strange considering it was brand new but ok. A month and a half goes by and it’s finally ready to pick up, made an appointment to pick it up and it’s still not fixed. They hooked it up to the truck and basically said have fun. This is our first camper so a walk through would have been nice to learn about all of the controls. After another month and a half of calling them 3 times a week looking for the missing part we decided to just drive down and confront them in person to get an answer and miraculously they found it on the shelf. Perfect we scheduled a tech to come to our house the next week to install in and shocker no one showed up and no one has any record of the appointment. Stay as far away from camping world as you can!!!
Stacy Dennis: I attempted to have two campers serviced there... the camper I purchased from this camping world had a broken water pump it was there for 1.5 months every time I called or emailed they were said they would get back to me the same story for the other camper. They were not and did not fix anything I had to drive there multiple times to try and get status. While I enjoyed the treatment from the sales team when I purchased I am beyond disappointed in the service department and as a result will not be bringing my business to this store for purchase or sales ever again. I am sorry to have to write such a negative review but it's been along time since I have received this kind of negative service and treatment.
James Lorenz: Bought a camper 3 days ago, got it home after a long list of delays, unanswered phone calls and a complete run around to talk to anyone. Got it home after being told the keys were in the refrigerator, no keys. Now waiting on them to order new ones to get them in. Was charged an extra $2000 for them to “service and test the camper for functionality”. Come to find out the sink has a leak underneath and the fridge doesn’t work. Was ignored yesterday and promised a phone call back and did not get one. Called them at open today and they gave me a phone number to call so I can trouble shoot myself. The camper is being used full time now due to a house fire and waiting for the house to be liveable and now I get these additional stresses. They want me to bring it back in to be looked at but it’s an hour away hooked up to the house for electricity and water, leveled and ready to go. So I would have to disconnect everything and then tow it an hour just to troubleshoot and most likely need to wait on parts. Frustrating from the very beginning and should have taken that red flag and ran, but was desperate and in a time crunch.
Jim G: Great service. Dave Hunt was awesome and very professional.
Ercan Urul: During my trip I took my band new travel trailer for minor warranty work, the person who is moving trailers in parking area, in and out of garage lifted front of my trailer too high and scraped dumping pipes hard to the ground on the way in, I went to office and told the lady she put a note to the work order but on the way outscraped harder and broke it, my gray tank leaks and THEY DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH IT.
David Tremblay: I can't say enough about the great experience we had at Camping World.Kevin was so helpful from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable and personal. He took our trade and put us into a camper with the exact specs we were looking for. I would highly recommend doing buisnesses with this company. I certainly will again !
Rick Smith: Nice bunch of folks. James Brothers did a really nice job showing a used fifth wheel we are interested in.
Mark Swiatowiec SR: Don't bring your rv here for service,by the worst expensive from the front desk to the service, absolutely the worst.
Gina Kane: Went yesterday to look at 3 specific campers A,B and C. Showed us A and B, they could not locate C. They pretty much sold us on B, we went home to discuss together. Went back next day to see C camper but knew we would end up buying camper B. Ready to say deal and manager comes out and says B is not the one we thought we were looking at. Manger said salesman was wrong and showed us wrong year. What he showed us was 2 years newer an 10k more then our budget. The salesperson was unqualifued.
Jess C: Didn't have a great experience with Camping World Uxbridge. I found a couple units I was interested in and they were helpful in helping me find other similar units. I found one I liked and we were getting ready to submit papers. But here is where it gets fishy...I was asked to sign papers stating that I was buying the unit even though the financing hadn't been submitted yet. Meaning, if I was denied financing, I would still be responsible for buying the unit. Okay, so we were able to submit for financing over the weekend WITHOUT signing those weird papers. Then I got a text from the associate saying I was already approved and ready to go. It was only within that day and it was the weekend. Things were fishy and didn't feel right so I decided to opt out of the transaction. Come to find out, I didn't get approved for financing. They lied to me or told me I was approved prematurely. I was denied financing because the bank thought the unit wasn't worth the loan amount. But I was told I got the financing and to go ahead with signing those other papers saying I was buying the unit. I didn't find out I was denied financing until I received the letter in the mail from the financer themselves. Super sketchy. I am still looking for a camper but will be staying away from Camping World.
Kelly Cavagnaro: We met with Mike today and had a great experience. Mike had a great personality and was more than willing to help us with every request we had. So easy to work with and would highly recommend Mike to help you with your next RV purchase!
John Faulise: Very mixed emotions here… although I like the new toy hauler the process was far from smooth, it was very discouraging and stressful. Our initial walk through was terrible, service put no effort in preparing the unit, there were numerous fit and finish issues on a brand new unit which had been previously pointed out to sales team. I ended up upgrading to a more expensive unit which still had its own share of issues. I left my truck with service for a week for 5th wheel hitch installation which I was told would take a day. I returned to pick up the truck and the new unit….neither was ready for a scheduled appointment and no attention to detail, it had trim falling off, battery box covers not attached, bunk doesn’t lock in place correctly etc. I wish the prep team put in a little effort and it would have been easier on everyone. The biggest issue; I was flat out lied to regarding hitch, I was told it had been connected to truck and tested for fit which was total BS… we went to hook up to leave and found that the install was not complete, this was Ian’s first catch on my behalf! I waited several hours to get the required plate installed that required some fabrication modifications. No one there seemed to have any experience with the hitch selected and installed by their own service department. It turns out that it is a very nice hitch set up that I learned the ins and outs of later from Utube. It would have been great if someone familiar with it was around for the delivery. I would have walked away on the whole deal if I had not already purchased the unit the week before. Ian Morse was the shining star here! He really felt like my “buyer’s advocate” to make sure things were straightened out and he genuinely wanted to make sure we were happy with the unit and understood everything clearly. He checked over things to make sure I didn’t miss anything that service neglected. Keith, working against the elements tried diligently to get installations and repairs in order so we could safely travel and tow the unit home. Ian’s efforts brought the general manager, Mike into the mix. Mike politely tried to make up for the shortcomings and provided credit for accessories I had just purchased to compensate me for the experience. Thank you Ian for being my buyers advocate! I appreciate Mike’s efforts to try and overcome the bad taste left by the service staff. The whole experience could have been tremendously better with just a little effort, honesty and attention to detail. Thanks to Mike for recognizing the shortcomings of the Uxbridge service department management. Mike has been a gentleman and has worked to get things right even after the delivery. We found after having it home that a factory accessory was missing, I called Mike. He followed up within an hour after speaking with the factory rep to let me know that the missing accessory was a casualty of the unit being built during covid. The factory acknowledged that they had shipped units missing it and is having it sent out. I anticipate Mike’s cooperation in resolving the matter and have no reason to think he won’t follow through. Most of all thanks to Ian for having our backs. Ian kept this deal from going very far south! He also followed up after the delivery to make sure I was comfortable with everything, much appreciated! Like I said at the beginning, mixed emotions…... Do your own due diligence, be an educated buyer…. If not, get help from Ian!
Robert G: Planning on buying a trailer and these people are very knowledgeable great atmosphere to go mobile home/trailer shopping great new selection and an OK used selection
Nicole Jillson: I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience we had and service we received while purchasing our new travel trailer this weekend. Kevin our salesman was knowledgeable and not pushy whatsoever. He gave us the time we needed to make the best choice for our family. When it came time to do our final walkthrough, Tom was extremely thorough, very knowledgeable, and friendly. He made sure to not only go through everything with us but asked us if there was anything else we were curious about along the way.Kyle and Mark in the service department were wonderful to work with as well. Kyle listened to any questions and concerns we had and solved them right away. My husband and I were very impressed with the amount of care Mark took when adjusting our hitch to tow our new camper. We could really tell he enjoys his job and his attention to detail was better than any service we have dealt with anywhere, and we’ve been campers for a long time. Anyone looking to purchase a camper should definitely go see them. They did not disappoint. We are so excited to use our new beautiful camper in the spring and thank the wonderful staff at Camping world for making that possible.
May Kiselica: Horrible is an understatement. What a nightmare this place is!!!BUY FROM ANYWHERE ELSE!!
James Sargent: Great sales people. Loan calculations were off, and 180 month term limits are mis leading at best. See Stanley for a camper!
May Ferri: Stay away from this place!! It’s been a nightmare since day one. They failed every step of the way. Great until they have the sale, then customers don’t matter. They just want your money. We were lied to numerous occasions, took about a month for camper to be ready. Have been given the run around every time I call. Blown off for an apt with the electrician. Deceptive, and extremely unreliable.
Michael Judson: My sales lady Laura was amazing. Our trailer is perfect for us. The experience was great. I couldn’t of asked for better service.
