Adam had good communication, was prompt and had me back in business for much less that I was quoted. David Gibson: I needed to get a new blank motorcycle key cut, purchased at a bike dealer cut in Auburn, Massachusetts. They recommended Caola Locksmith in Worcester on Park Avenue. I called them to inquire about cutting this key for my 2016 Honda Africa Twin motorcycle. They questioned me about the blank and for good reason. Security. I told them where I got the blank, and I had a receipt for it's purchase. "No problem" we can cut it for you. When I arrived it was clear this was a state of the art business and I was impressed with the sales technician. He was very polite, friendly, and cut my bike key on a machine connected to the internet, from whick the correct specs were acquired to do the job. And the key started my bike with no problems. Worcester competitor locksmiths either did not respond to our call or took too long. Caola Locksmith scheduled an appointment the next day. They tried various options and eventually had to drill through very thick steel. It took a return visit. They discussed options with us throughout, the charge was very reasonable. Robert Bahmann: Great store, they really know thier stuff. You could buy a safe almost anywhere these days, but you need to pay attention to delivery. A common ltl driver isn't going to lug your safe to the second floor. They sell top quality safes not low grade security containers form other big box stores. I know a guy who bragged he got a great deal, thieves opened his cheap safe like a can of beans. Pricing is actually better when you add in delivery and accessories
