The initial order through them had a few hiccups (logo had some wrong phrasing and response time for initial proofs was long), but the customer service was pleasant and took the steps to help fix the issues. All our orders after have been smooth and our work apparel looks great at a very reasonable cost. Final verdict is that they aren't perfect (no company is), but they seem to always try and do the right thing which is what matters. Highly recommend.

They hire sales associates just to have them acquire as many new companies as possible then fire them so underpaid, underskilled customer service reps can keep raking in the sales with no commissions to pay out. They want everyone to think of it as a family run business. Stick with Northern Safety, you won't have a new sales rep every other week or a sob story from yet another fired sales rep. It's shameful.
