Chris Gregoire: The concept is good, and the sandwiches are as well. Stay away from the salads - they are stingy on the meat toppings for them. I had the antipasto and I think there may have been 2 pieces of meat. But - the actual paninis are pretty good. I find it slightly overpriced, but not so much to stop me from going back, and I have been there a few times.Vegetarian options: They have a ton of vegetarian options, and clearly are thinking about flavor combinations for those that want no meat.Parking: Plenty of free parking
Skylah M: Manager is rude and insufferable, talked to someone while making my sandwich and when i asked for extra sauce (politely might i add) she didn’t listen and the nice worker was like the customer is talking to you and i repeated myself and she looked at me and said “that’s what i’m doing” when it was in fact not what she was doing. did not make the correct sandwich at all despite me correcting her more than once. asked for spinach, gave me lettuce, didn’t give me cheese, and was rude when i didn’t want bacon??? paid for a sandwich i didn’t want thanks tho. I don’t write reviews but this lady was terrible and I could tell the people who work under her agree.

Had a promotion as Tuesday after 4pm kids ear free thru 8pm. Not sure how long this promotion will be in place.Parking: Ample amount of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance and parking are wheelchair accessible. Looking back, the line to food and seating were also wheelchair accessible.

Keri P: I don’t get out here often but I absolutely love this place. The sandwiches are so fresh and the bread is perfectly crispy on the outside. Just wish they had rueben’s all year round! Domenic was an amazing server, super nice & helpful. The manager was great too.
Nicole Claussen: I tried calling tonight over and over and no one answered. I’m trying to get my order fixed because mine and my boyfriends paninis were messed up. My daughters grilled cheese was terrible, burnt and hard. No kid would want that. The last time we got our food over the weekend it was all fine. Not sure if the staff just wasn’t paying attention tonight or what.. Hopefully next time will be better.

Mike belseth: Good idea to have this place in a hospital when you have to wait 8 hours in the emergency room food was decent for what I got was just really hungry and was also able to get something for my wife. Only down side was that it was lil pricey for couple sandwiches and couple drinks. But just got to remember it is in a hospital 🏥... hope not to eat here again but will probably have to at some point.

Leah Kapurch: In all my years living here in Worcester. I have never eaten here! Service was absolutely amazing I got a Thanksgiving Day grinder. $12 and it was the bomb. You can order other things like salads tuna salad chicken salad, and a whole bunch of other specials. They'll bring it to the table there's a small dining room. They also have some small selection of cupcakes and other pastries. I will return.

The workers were very nice and one of them even ran from behind the counter to hold the door open for me because I was carrying my 4 month old. You don’t find people like that anymore.

Peter Balzer: WHAT A WONDERFUL SANDWICH!! Ordered the tatnuck teaser, (corned beef and pastrami). Knew by the wieght that it would be amazing! This thing was massive! Loaded with meat on ever so fresh bread! Sandwiches are like 10 bucks, but when you get it, you will understand why. Service was exceptional and food done quickly! So delicious!

Izzy H: Edit: changed my rating because the business is following up with their staff. I really do understand by the nature of Nu Kitchen's cuisine that there are allergens in the kitchen (and I eat at my own risk there because of that), and I thank them for being thoughtful and thorough.-------------Every time I go here I express that I have an allergy to sesame and nuts, and multiple times I have had an allergic reaction or can't eat my meal because there are visible allergens on it.The most recent time I ordered a kids grilled cheese and gave the cashier a heads up that they have had to previously swap out the bread for panini bread. I ordered to-go and they even wrote "nut and sesame allergy" in all caps on my reciept, but when I opened my meal the bread was their regular bread with very visible sesame seeds encrusted throughout (not just a stray seed). Another time I went, I ordered a smoothie and had an allergic reaction to it (seems like they didn't rinse the blender at all, the smoothie tasted nutty).I know that there are many nut/sesame items on the menu but they always swear at the register that they will take every precaution. There seems to be some sort of disconnect between the cashiers and the kitchen staff.I really want to love this restaurant, especially because some of my friends that are gluten free or vegan can eat a lot of items here. I usually try not to leave allergy related reviews because it could have been a simple mistake, but I'm sad it's happened multiple times. Josh Wright: Great tasting healthy food served in a wonderfully warm and sunny common space. The dining and conversation areaIs just the right blend of artsy and classic in a way that’s comforting for all. I observed families, lots of meetups between friends and old acquaintances mixed evenly with singles working or studying. Ordering was quick and efficient. Food prep was amazingly fast, and was brought right to our table. This well staffed eatery turned tables efficiently and yet there was never a sense that you couldn’t lounge in your nook all day long. Worth a visit from anywhere.
