Racha Thai: what do users think?
Wanda Santos-Perez: Last time I was here was in 2017. It appears they continue to be short staffed, which is unfortunate because this restaurant is a hidden gem. The Thai food here is exquisite. Their curry’s are so good. I ordered the squash curry with chicken. The dish is fragrant and flavorful. They manage to produce dishes that have a rich balance of flavors.
Dwarakesh Nallan: Good option in the area - only Thai around Greenwood neighborhood. Pricier than other Worcester Thai spotsFood: 4/5|Service: 4/5 …More
Nicholas I: The best Thai food restaurant I have ever been to. We love the beef satay, Wonton soup, and lemongrass chicken.
Eric Scholwin: Great Thai place nestled in a small plaza. Been here twice and both times the food has come out piping hot and delicious.Prices are super reasonable as well. Just a tad pricier than McDonald's, but a much better experience. If you're in the area and looking for some excellent Thai food, check out Racha Thai.
Joel Keralis: Decent if unremarkable Thai food although not as spicy as I was hoping. We showed up right after they opened for lunch service and the place was completely empty, although other diners did trickle in. Would be willing to try the place again if we were in the area.Food: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More
Nicholas Bergeron: This is one of my favorite restaurants. The staff is friendly and diligent. The food is fresh and delicious. I enjoy the curry dishes with sticky rice. The spicy noodles and pad thai noodles are also very tasty. For appetizers I enjoy the crispy Thai rolls and Bangkok ravioli and crab Rangoon. I never get sick of this spot. Nice and quiet as well.

Pratyusha Das: Food is good. We ordered tom kha soup, siam fried rice and mango chicken. I loved everything, mango chicken is little sweet.
Barbara: The food at this place was good, but it didn't make me feel like I was in Thailand. I expected much more from this restaurant after reading the reviews here. Moreover it is quite expensive for the portion size. At dinner you have to order the rice extra. Our waitress was not really present and attentive. If I'd come back to this place definitely only for lunch (prices are cheaper and rice is included).Parking: Enough parking available
Colleen Shimkoski: This is by far my favorite Thai restaurant in Worcester county, and we've tried them all. The food is very authentic and delicious, from the Tom Yum to Pad Ga Prow! Our absolute favorite is the ginger lobster and Thai Hot Pot loaded with fresh seafood and fresh lemongrass and kiffir lime leaves. Ask for their spice tray if you like heat. The service and environment matches the high quality of delicious menu available. Treat yourself to the mango sticky rice for dessert, you're going to love it.
K. T.: Service were a bit slow, I saw another table took 30 minutes to get order taken from waitress, foods were good, Papaya salad weren't that great or spicy at all, that's fine, we didn't ask for it.Food: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Jessica Buster: The perfect example of an unassuming location and great food. Racha is tucked into the back corner of a little shopping plaza, and from the outside, looks like it might only be big enough to do take out. Step inside, and there's a lovely, peaceful dining space, clean and tastefully decorated. The food was delicious. Pad Thai is the perfect comfort food, but I often don't order it after being disappointed a few times. This was great. Perfect balance of sauce and noodles, tender chicken pieces that weren't dry. The basil fish fillets were so flavourful and cooked perfectly, crisp on the outside and moist flakes on the inside. The calamari rings were obviously fresh, not overcooked, and with such light batter! Perfect with the sweet chili sauce. Our kids demanded bites of all sorts of things they wouldn't usually try. A+.
Susan Konopka: Love Racha Thai. I have been going there for about 20 years. Since I now live in Maine, whenever I'm in the Worcester area, I make it a point to visit for lunch.

Devdav Newar: Came here for a date night. Was here on a Friday and wasn’t too hard to find a table. We got the Tung Tong which were these crispy paper bags with a decent amount of filling. The dipping sauce that came along was great too. We also got the chicken dumplings that had a nice thin wrapper. Then we got the sampler which had a few of their top appetizers. For mains we tried the red curry with chicken and pad that with pork. Authentic taste and great portions. We also got a few drinks and that were nice.

They tried to charge 2 dollars more for each menu item claiming they havent changed the menu yet (without notice by waitress or written anywhere).Tried to point to a clause on the menu saying "menu prices subject to change without notice" in tiny font. Manager got very mad at the waitress for not informing us
Jai Burdick: Not bad

Mark Joyce: We were pleasantly surprised when we tried Basil n' Spice not quite knowing what to expect. The drinks were really delicious. The food was fresh & tasty - really excited to go back again.
Brian: The best Thai food I've had in Worcester (after trying about 5 places). Their vegetables have lots of flavor and the balance of noodles/protein/vegetables in their pad see ew is perfect. Lots of other good dishes too. Plus the staff is great. Although I like takeout, I recommend eating in person, the food tastes even better when straight out of the kitchen.

Thai Corner Worcester: what do users think?
Christiano G. Fernandes: I recently visited this restaurant and was blown away by the amazing food and friendly service. I had the Shrimp shumai and Tum yum noodles soups with pork, and they were both incredibly delicious. The shumai had a perfect balance of flavors and the noodles in the soup were cooked to perfection. The broth was flavorful and had the right amount of spice. The portion sizes were generous, and the presentation was beautiful. The staff at this restaurant were also incredibly friendly and attentive. They made sure that our dining experience was comfortable and enjoyable. The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, and the prices were reasonable for the quality of food and service.Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious Thai cuisine and a welcoming dining experience. I will definitely be returning to try more of their menu items in the future.

Ray: We came here for lunch with four adults and four kids. It does have quite a lot of space for larger groups. We started with some appetizers like the Corner Plate which has samples of different Thai appetizers. The spicy chicken wings are crispy and juicy, and packed with some heat.Pad Thai was delicious as the kids shared it along Chicken fried rice which was done properly with the hot wok stir fry smokyness. I had the Drunken Noodle with beef. The meat was tender. We also ordered red curry with beef, red curry with chicken and mango curry with beef. All very tasty as everyone enjoyed and finished the dishes.Personally felt it's better than a couple of other Thai restaurants in Worcester.

cynthia turncliff: Bad, never going there again. Soup was cold and had to be sent back; service was extremely slow,; order mixed up. We asked for duck sauce and other condiments that are usually on the table at a Chinese restaurant and they were delivered straight from the refrigerator.
casandra Lynn: Just left there and the chicken pad Thai was one of the worst things I've ever put in my mouth it tasted like pure vinegar DISGUSTING and irritated that I spent so much and can't even tolerate eating it!

Jai Burdick: The owner is great, served us some great sushi
Kay Zula: I heard good things, so I stopped by with my partner for a nice meal out. The place is nice looking (although it needs a dusting in the dining room) and the food was, well, REALLY good. Lots of great flavor and taste - yum! However, the thing that stood out to me the most is that there's no music or anything... Instead they have some enormous TV in the dining room blaring the news. Loudly. You know what I don't want to hear when I'm trying to have a rare meal out with my partner? The news talking about horrible tragedies and the economy tanking and people getting hurt and lying politicians. So we asked if we could not listen to the news and maybe have something else so they just... Turned off the audio. So it was dead silent and you could hear every conversation clearly. It was weird and awkward. There's plenty of decent Chinese food in the area so I'm not sure why you'd go to this place versus others when the atmosphere was so bad. We probably won't be back for a long time if at all.
Noah Ghost: They put jalapeno in the crab rangoons, what is even going on right now...!!!!The dry diced chicken with chili peppers... you must try the dry diced chicken with chili peppers. This stuff is not ordinary chinese food.I'm going to work remotely and make this place my office. This is stupid good. I always said yong shing is my favorite, ever since high school, but wan wang, man.Youre welcome i love u

Ordered a pu-pu platter & it was served within minutes @ room temperature & was not fresh also ordered house rice which arrived 20min after the platter so not sure if the platter is prepared ahead of time vs prepared when ordered.Drinks were not refilled either & if you enjoy a very 'loud' atmosphere this may be the place for you (by loud I mean ppl swearing & arguing) some ppl don't mind it, me, not so much.

Jacomo And Friends: We were going to see a show at the Palladium and were looking for a spot to nab a quick bite to eat. Located right off the parking lot we were in was Rice Violet, and so - as we all like Thai food - we stopped in.The space itself looks like it is in need of an update. We we instructed to sit where we liked, so we sat in a booth and explored the menu.I wasn't starving, so I decided to just get a couple of apps and a Thai Iced Tea. My wife decided on the Pad See Ew, and my friend opted for the pineapple fried rice. The menu had pretty much everything you'd expect for a Thai place - noodle dishes, soups, curries - but as I said I wasn't super hungry and I didn't want leftovers to sit while we were at the show, so I decided on Samosa Bags and Chicken Satay. The Chicken Satay was sufficient. It tasted like every other chicken satay I have ever had. The peanut sauce, once again expected, was competently prepared and was really tasty. The cucumber sauce thing that was also served with it wasn't really doing anything for me.The Samosa Bags were the highlight. The filling was tasty, but the thing I loved was the format. Typically, samosas are served in a big pouch, and sometimes they can be too dry or too big. These samosas? They come in the same thin dough you'd expect for a spring roll - thin and crispy. The dipping sauce - a bit on the sweet side - was a good accompaniment. Can I go on about the Samosa Bags endlessly? I could. They were perfect, and I will seek out similar snacklings in my various travels. The Pad See Ew was good. The ideal mix of noodles and vegetables with protein, it made for excellent leftovers because my wife could not eat all of what they gave her.The Thai Iced Tea was sweet and tasty, and having the option to add Boba was good. Now for the bad.We were almost done with our meals before our drinks came out. We had to remind our server that we ordered drinks. My tea was more of a dessert, and my friend's diet coke (in a can) arrived in time for him to not really want it anymore. When we were ready to leave, it took a while to flag down our server again, and with the clock ticking down to the doors for the show we were going to see, we almost went up to the register to pay.So, in summary: good food that arrived in a timely manner, drinks that arrived much later than desired, and a difficult time getting our server to attend to our needs. If you are stopping in before a show, make sure to give some extra time, because it seems like they were short staffed and unable to deal with the large volume that comes with a sold out concert nearby.
