When asked why they ILLEGALLY took a payment from my account I was told it’s billing. So then I asked for a manager and the rep REFUSED TWICE to give me one. Each of their calls are recorded and I’m on EVERY month stating DO NOT KEEP my card on file. Here we are at month THREE of them ILLEGALLY taking my money. FROM THE WRONG ACCOUNT. They REFUSE to reimburse for their NEGLIGENCE and when advised Id turn them into the BBB was threatened with termination of service .. DO NOT EVER GO WITH THEM. Not only are their payments ILLEGALLY taken their internet drops SEVERAL times a day and their only solution is to up grade every time
