Girl Scouts of Central and Western MA: what do users think?
Brianna Williams: I spent 12 years as a scout involved with this council and I’m now going on 2 years as an adult Girl Scout. They have really influenced and shaped my life. This past June I earned my gold award 🥇 at the drive in and everyone was absolutely incredible. I always feel loved and appreciated. Girl Scouts has shaped my life in so many more ways then I would ever expect and I can’t wait till the day I can start my own troop after I graduate out of college. ❤️
Joseph: Unbelievable. There was a rock climbing event indoors recently, at a really nice local facility in Worcester. However, the younger girls are all not allowed to climb the normal walls at all! They need to do silly games and activities instead. Next to them, other kids not with the group boys and girls some 4 years old are climbing no problem. It turns out, it is the Girl scout rules and headquarters that's telling them and the business that they are not allowed to climb because they are not old enough to participate. So you're telling me some four year old boy can climb but because I'm with the girl scouts it's not allowed? How do you think that makes the scouts feel? What a completely backwards and anti-empowering rule! Absurd. This should change immediately.
Christie Chapman: I love Girl Scout central!

Treasure Valley Scout Reservation: what do users think?
todd palazini: Beautiful place
Timothy Preston: A great place to camp. The sites are huge and well maintained. The property has plenty of trails and a lake, and the Mid-State trail runs through it.
Paul LeRoy: Great place
Christian Klein: Well maintained Scout camp.
Richard Sturtevant: The event that was going on there the sober in the sun actually great experience with all people that are spiritually getting well and recovering from a hopeless State of mind they also the peace in the serenity that came from this place and the mother nature around us is amazing
Ginja Bella: Loved it there! 😊
David Fleury: Did not attend camp with my son this year, however, it was indicated by Scouts and some adults that the overall food quality/preparation was poor.
Akhil Divi: Gary knows how to bake cookies
Donald Halsing: DO NOT ATTEND SUMMER CAMP HERE!Our troop has had two experiences during summer camp at Treasure Valley over two years that were very poorly addressed by management and camp leadership. Management is NOT trustworthy. They do not create a positive environment for scouting activities. I heard poor reviews from fellow scouts from the Upton troops back in high school, too.
Lissa Giosi: Mendon Troop 44 had a wonderful time this week.
Mike Prifti: The best condition facilities of any scout camp in New England!
Deborah L Dufault Aka Sugar: Awesomeness
Mary E Proal: Nicely kept, loads of parking
Stephen Schneider: 5 star reviews from the kids. The place is huge. Be sure to have them take their bikes.
John Houlihan: 2021 summer camp Staff is motivated, engaged, and enthusiastic! Great property!
Keith Miller: Great camp in experience!
Herbert Hutnak: Beautiful camp, wonderful staff.
Joseph Clancy: Fantastic scout camp been going out to this camp for 60 years.
__: Amazing reservation. The amount of effort out into maintaining the area is immense, and there is always a great place to go and enjoy nature. Shout out to Friends of The Valley for all the hard work they put into the facilities.
Ivy J. (ives): Good campsite--stayed with a rental group. The facilities were nice, if needing a few repairs (i.e.: broken window). The showers were cold but honestly that doesn't matter as much to me. However the fire alarms go off VERY easily, particularly the ones in the Venture Lodge, and they are very loud and obnoxious.
Kathy McLaughlin: Use to camp with my boy at camp when they were young as cubscouts. Helped out with Boy scout camp. Proud parents of two eagle scouts
