Nghia Nguyen: This is a great airport if you have the option to book a flight here or even if you have to drop off or pick up someone here. Parking availability and airport traffic are not a problem here, unlike the big international airports, like Boston, MA (BOS) or Providence, RI (PVD). You actually have time to say your goodbyes without being rushed by the state police or airport security.Security checks are quick and hassle-free thanks to airport security and staff! They even tracked me down at my gate to return my smartwatch that I had forgotten at the security checkpoint. I am very grateful for kindness and concern!I'm also glad that Worcester Regional Airport (ORH) has JetBlue Airlines, which has the most spacious seats, even in coach/economy sections. This isn't a plug for JetBlue, but rather a hint for other airlines to care more about their passengers.

Alley Staffier: There's no better airport. I only wish there were more flights out and in. The staff is fabulous, it's clean, small and ash to navigate.

Bethany Paquin: Because this airport is small, getting in and out, parking, and getting through security are easy. For this reason it is one of my favorite airports. One downside to the size is few direct flights. The terminal has a shop with coffee, tea, alcohol and grab ans go food items.
pat jennings: The staff thru the entire check in process were wonderful. However the Jet Blue service was the worst we have ever encounter. Sad this great airport doesn't have an airline that is worthy. So we won't be using Worcester again😣

Dominican Airways: The word ridiculous works for this airport because of how ridiculously easy it is to fly in and out of here. Anytime I can fly here instead of Logan I will.
