donald stewart: I had 3 appointments to come into the Roslindale branch to complete some new hire paper work with a Manager. All three appointments were canceled . The most recent just this morning, Friday 3/31. “ Sorry I’m not feel well “. Beyond me how a company can do/stay in business. I’m moving on. Just a head up to any candidates out there.

Theo Diallo: This company is the worst company I ever worked for. First off when I was bored I was told I should have a set schedule in a few weeks but the whole 3 months I was employed with the company I did not have a set schedule. I worked at the Stony Brook Commons site in Roslindale and the managers are so unprofessional. Jose the supervisor is so lazy he will leave the property for hours in the patrol vehicle while your sitting in a hot gatehouse and when you call him for help he has a attitude and takes hours to come to the gate and help out also he doesn’t have good scheduling and seems to always lose employees. Aury his supervisor covers his back and won’t even let you make any complaints about him and they are not flexible with you at all.
Cade Foster: This company is a joke . They should be embarrassed at themselves . They have an account at 711 on Belmont street and the guards they have working there are sad . Go in the store and find a guard sitting on the counter stuffing pizza down his throat , in blue jeans , hat on backwards , shirt dirty and untucked , staring like a zombie at his phone. How is this behaviour accepted ? how is this preventing theft or other issues . Does this company have no dress policy ???

Tom Na: A good company to work for the office staff and road supervisor are good people they work with you and keep busy. Pay is ok depending on what site you are at. The Worcester Massachusetts office does a good job working to keep you busy. Not a bad company to work for. Baker who is the Worcester Operations manager at the Worcester office does a great job! He listens and works with his officers and is very helpful. We need more like him. Over all nit a bad company to work for.
David Jimenez: The communication is bad. When i started, they didnt inform the supervsior of the site that i was starting. I asked for a new uniform 3 times and recieved nothing, even though my manager said it was sent 3 times.
Christopher Laythe: Been working for them for almost a year. Benefits are horrible, management doesn't do a very good job, and coverage is horrible. Been left to do doubles multiple times or stayed late.

Baruby Vasquez: Ridiculous, hiring management. I waited about two weeks and a half for a reply back about my background check. And when I did someone else took the job I was applying for. I did not get a call back from either one of the other hiring managers, because for some reason they “don’t have access to the same data.” They have my information on stuff that works for me and stuff that doesn’t work for me and still refer me to jobs that don’t work for me. How do you guys even help? They ruined the whole security field for me. No consideration on the long wait either. You guys want security guards but yet have roles taken by other companies, make it make sense.
Trout Mask: A terrible employer with lousy recruitment, unresponsive HR, lack of training from some account managers. They will fire you even if it’s because of lack of post orders from managers if they clients toss you out.Stay away!
Mike Bishop: This is a great company. It all depends on the employee, whether the people around their services are pleased. Securitas has great workers and some, not so great. Like any other company !

Christopher Rivera: Well I must say this security company hires the most unprofessional employees out there! I’m a resident at the edge apartments and we have securitas security service as our security company. Well this is what you will find them doing during their shirts instead of keeping you safe!
Oscar Goldman: very far from professional, breaks labor laws and payroll laws in favor of the client, time sheets aren't in check with payroll, if you worked 1.20 hrs you'd get paid 1.00 hrs. general safety of the clients is non existent unless you count glass. Managers who would relieve pso's from post often come in late weekly and blame traffic, yet there are pso's who walk regularly and come in early everyday.

Rob McCluskey: This company is far from professional. I was told after my interview I was hired and to come in for orientation that following week. I received the job offer sheet via their website, and accepted the position. I showed up for orientation and was told it wasn't that day and they would contact me. The next excuse made by Caitlin Williams in the office was that my background check hadn't come back. I contacted the company and they informed me they sent my background check back the next day. Which, was clean. I emailed and called Caitlin in the office and was completely ignored for 3 weeks. I accepted the job offer online, was told I had it, then was thrown aside with no explanation. Caitlin must think that toying with people's livelihood is funny, or amusing. A simple email explaing I didn't get the position would have at least been a little professional on her part. This company is not trustworthy, not professional, and is not worth the time or effort. I wasn't going to post a review, but the more I thought of it, the company and the employee deserve to be called out for their lack of professionalism. I wish zero stars was an option.

Ken Prape: If you apply for a job. They usually don't respond or pawn you off. I interviewed twice never got a call back months later did the on boarding. Then was told the job wasn't available so they wanted me to go further away. Then wanted me to do it for same pay. They are like the McDonald's of security find a body put you in. Then there's no parking at the site or reimbursement. Had to wait on uniforms.

Nicole Cruz: Friend works for one of their sites and is often stuck working doubles because the guy who does the schedule is extremely incompetent. He'll forget the days he agrees to give time off, or even worse, forget to schedule a shift. He gets no repercussions for these mistakes and the poor guards are forced into doubles. There should be a better system for holding the scheduling manager accountable. Do not work for this branch unless you don't mind having to work surprise 16 hour shifts.

Derek McDermott: Worked here a couple years, pay varies depending on which site your at. And same goes with how good or bad management is. I spent a year as a floater where i averaged 54 hours a week, so they can def keep you busy. Only give you 40 hours of PTO time, wish it was more...usually theres high turn over rates and pepple who dont care to relieve you on time...but ive worked with mostly cool people. Permenant post im at now is good, with management thats eady to get a hold of. But thats not always the case.
