Ginny Cousens: I showed up at 7:15pm for the car wash (they’re advertised to close at 8pm) and the attendant had the wash doors closed and would not respond to the door bell or a knock. Completely ignored me. 45 minutes before they were supposed to close. I don’t know if I’ll try again. Disappointing.
Mark Slauenwhite: It would be way better I the 375 it takes to start spraying you car down gave you more then 4 minutes. The transition time from chemical to rinse or vice-versa is way to long definitely not worth the money to do it yourself at this establishment compared to other establishments in other towns.

He made it clear that I can go to the Grafton Street location and my refund will be there waiting for me. When I arrived there, I was looked at like if I had two heads. They were confused. After a few phone calls, they did refund me my money.

Jordi Frias: Great employees. They need to fix the car wash tunnel. The cars always come out with soap. I notified the employees and drove the car into the tunnel once again to water down the soap and problem solved.

Cher by Photography: So many options for those car washers out there. With specialty bays for cars that need a touchless touch. I spent around $30 and my car is so clean! I really liked the towels that are left out for us to dry the car. Plenty of garbage cans and spaces to vacuum. Would be a 5 star, but I found the ground a bit slippery which made it harder for me and my temporary cane.

Left a message about being charged for 2 months I didn't use service and a nice and helpful lady named Lisa called back and refunded me in less then 1 min with zero stress or hassle. I will definitely use their service again, only reason I canceled, is I am in between cars. 5 star customer service and refreshing to actually get a call back when they knew i was looking for refund. Very impressed!

I’ve been going to this car wash almost every single day to wash my car and as the weather is getting warmer, I decided I’m gonna dry my car and I noticed there’s a bunch of scratches all over my car on both sides going from the front to the back. I’ve called corporate office and I was given one option to bring my car from Worcester to Springfield so they can buff and wax it but according to other places I was told that you cannot buff and wax the rubber. I’ve been calling them back and no one‘s calling me back. I need everybody to be aware of this and look at their cars. I have stopped a few cars that come out of the car wash and they weren’t even aware that they had the scratches either

Kerry Miller: I have these guys on a rotating schedule for both my SUVs. They are incredibly flexible, deliver a great product and the price point is great. I have the trucks done about every six weeks and justify the cost against my time and weekly car washes. It comes out way in favor of having Clean Cars do them. And having a brand new car every six weeks is a pretty cool thing.

Chris Parker: Yesterday I picked up my truck from Frontline and I couldn't believe the attention to detail that was used in cleaning my vehicle. It was shinier than the day I bought it, tires dark and wet looking, zero brake dust on the rims, and all trim looking dark black and shiny. The car looked like it was ready for show. Inside the seats floors doors cup holders and dash all looked immaculate. Not a crumb or spec of dirt or dust anywhere in between or under the seats. Who ever cleaned my car clearly knew exactly what they were doing. I have and continue to rave about Frontline to all my friends. Thanks guys!
