Alyssum Iris: I needed two machines repaired. I left them with Chris. She later called to tell me that one machine was unrepairable. She didn’t charge me for it, but she did tell me she removed the thread that was stuck in the machine. She did not, as pictured.The other machine wasn’t sewing straight.She said the tension mechanism wasn’t working correctly and there was nothing she could do. She still charged me $80 for that one though… even though she didn’t fix what I asked her to fix. The machine still does not sew straight, as pictured. I cannot recommend this place.

He will check out your machine, figure out if it can be fixed, and give you a very fair price. The repairs usually take a day or two; if he has to recondition the machine, it may take a few weeks. I am so pleased to have found this service, and have recommended him to several friends who needed to have their machines fixed.

Clive Watson: I have a Janome Memory craft 8000 which has a problem with the power supply. Rod took the machine in and attempted to repair it. In this instance it was not possible. I was hugely impressed by the quality of service Rod gave, and he even gave me a contact of someone else who may be able to help since it was a computer/power issue with my machine. Rod is super responsive, and communication was great. I would highly recommend Rod, especially if you have a mechanical issue with your machine.
