Tricia Fakhry: I just left this establishment, empty handed, because I was treated horribly. I have been there many times in the past, to purchase seafood. Today, I saw a sale price, written on one of their advertisement boards, for bay scallops at 8.99$ a pound. The price on the bag said, 10.99$ a pound. We asked a clerk to please check the price, and showed him the board with the 8.99$ sale price. He returned to me, stating it was their mistake and the price was 10.99$ a pound. I then said, I should be getting the sale price because it was displayed, the clerk looked me, with a stern attitude, and repeated 10.99 a pound! I stood there, looking at him, told him that wasn’t right, he then raised his hand and looking at me rudely, waved and said “goodbye!” I was taken aback, offended and angry at the way I was treated. I will NOT ever be going back to this store, and will be sure to let people know, how extremely rude the service is!!
Adam fakhry: if you forget to put away a sale tag that mistake is on you guys as a market. Your mistake. what should have happened is own up to it and then change the sign/remove tag after a customer brought it to your attention that the sale tag says 8.99. and you charged them 10.99. just to have the guy behind the counter yelling at the poor lady 10.99! 10.99! 10.99! horrible customer service. don’t see how they get business.

Matthew Gonyor: Bought a lb lobster meat went bad in 14 hrs.this isn't the first time this has happen they advertise fresh lobster meat. If it's fresh it shouldn't go bad overnight.and the people behind the counter are rude as can be

Richard Efthim: When I'm visiting the area from Virginia this is the place i go to for fresh seafood. Best steamer clam and lobster prices. They will steam them for you if you ask.

Manufacturing Partners: Called to ask for a price and the guy hung up. Called backed and he didn't answer. Place is a clown show

Robert Kenyon: Do not trust - in spite of coming in and pre ordering with a deposit and then being assured by the manager that I was good after driving there - showed up only to have them realizing that they didn’t have what I had PRE ORDERED and without saying that it wasn’t available- attempted to switch it to something else that was more expensive ( again without ever saying anything or owning up to their mistake). What was supposed to be about $40 was now $100. When I questioned it they realized they were caught in a lie - just made poor excuses like “well you should have bought it then” (ah why I came in to PRE ORDER!!!) There are lots of other places that sell quality seafood and always try to support a small guy - dishonesty is what you can expect from Colony. (BTW - can’t wait for the unprofessional reply from the owner- noticed the trend in the last year…)

Leah Nicole: Not a pleasant experience at all. Moment I walked in, girl at the counter looked at me funny but I just ignored it. Fast forward to my purchase and she doesn’t give me my change and I have to tell her. She then proceeds to try and give me all pennies as my change despite having other coins in the drawer. Not to mention, she did all of this incredibly slow. If this isn’t family run, I don’t see why she’s a counter person. If it’s family run, I guess you’re taking the L with her as counter person.

Kelly Barbon: I would give this place a zero but that is not possible. If you want to post anything you must give at least 1 star. I walked into the store and the entire place smells like bad fish. Most places you can't smell anything. Turns out it was the cod I bought. The more I cooked it the worse it smelt. It went into the trash...I won't be back to this place any time soon....
