Adam fakhry: Dropped one ONE snowboarding boot. The boa binding plastic twist/pop piece broke. The actually cable was fine. I dropped it off at 12/4/21. Right when they opened at 11am. Was told “our manager only knows how to repair these. We’ll call you later on.” Monday 12/6/21 comes around no phone call. I call them and was told it’ll be done by Wednesday Thursday. .. for a 30 minute boot repair. Trying to just be a good natured customer i say okay. Today’s Wednesday 12/8/21. Called them and they said “sorry we’ve been crazy busy it might be done by tomorrow.” I replied. No if it’s done or not give me a call so i can get my boot.Idk guys. I was trying to be reasonable i dropped my boot off 5 days ago. I was told from the ski shop at wachusett mountain it’s roughly. A 30 minute fix.Thanks eastern boarded for your absolutes trash customer service.

Shannon Rice: Great place! We stopped to get some new wheels for my 15 year old son. We walked in to be greet by Ryan Adam. Ryan helped us find the best package for what my son needed. No pressure to buy anything, Ryan listened to what my son was interested in, gave advise in a way not to judge whatever skill or current equipment my son had. We were there for an hour, Ryan put together a new board at a good price. The best part of it was Ryan installed the whole board (would have taken us hours). If your looking for a laid back, good quality, friendly and genuine place…this is it. If I had a business I’d want someone like Ryan working there. There was another young nan working as well, very friendly and polite (didn’t ask his name) We will be back!

Angela Consiglio: My daughter Rayna turned 18 and I wanted to buy her a skateboard. So we went to EB on Jackson Street. Ryan waited on us and he was extremely patient and attentive to Rayna. He explained each item in detail and what their differences were. He built the skateboard while we waited. I honestly think it was the best birthday present she ever got. Healix 85: Best of the best when it comes to locally owned and operated skate shops. Very knowledgeable staff. I've been coming to Eastern Boarder since the mid 90s when they had, "All The Evil Stuff," down on John Fitch Highway. 25 years later E.B. is still my go to for skateboard and snowboard equipment. Boards, bearings, trucks, bindings, boots, shoes......if it's skate or snow they will have it. Also, their 5 skull enbroidered hoodies are the thickest, most comfortable hoodie I've ever owned.

Alex Cook: I’ve never done an online review before but the service here was soo bad I had to warn people. I got a board here a little while ago and the guy behind the counter was either really high or, no offense, pretty dumb. He put the wrong size trucks on my board and then wouldn’t undo it unless I payed for it. Then we had to cross the street to get to the owner who was rude and definitely over charged. They’re beyond unprofessional, don’t go here! Eastern boarder is in Worcester and worth the drive!

Lauren Soucy: Uses Facebook to name call in attempts to put down people he doesn't agree with. Shameful that he would use his business when doing this. Nothing like behaving less than professional, in an attempt to put down potential customers. Not the kind of person I would want to do business with.

Ian Kimmel: The place is usually locked, basically boarded up and attended by a sign in the door telling you to call a phone number. You do that and you're told the owner's too busy somewhere else.Literally drove to Nashua to avoid dealing with it.

Jared Huck: Went to the shop in the summer and liked the shop, went back the day after Christmas and was denied business entirely. The owner was appalling and demonstrated the worst customer service imaginable. I asked to get my board gripped, and for some screws and other hardware. He said word for word, “Why don’t you do it yourself, dude. Go to YouTube and do it yourself like a grown up.” It was such terrible service and terrible overall human interaction that it was laughable. I literally was at a loss for words after it happened, it was hard to believe I could be treated like that in general, nevermind as a respectful customer. NEGATIVE 5 STARS!!!

Grace Ennis: Went to the shop to get grip tape and the customer service was beyond awful. My brother and I were denied service after asking about grip tape, and we were told to go on YouTube, figure it out and grow up. The owner was very disrespectful all together.
