Mason Sales: I bought a van back in February, my aunt sent us. Everything seemed to be great. First day with the van it started making a noise. They never Fixed it for me. Before purchasing the van my boyfriend mentioned the breaks and they said they would do them. However, a month and a half later the driver side back breaks Went. I had to replace them myself. I have tried contacting the owner and no one has gotten back to me. Oh, and a couple of the tires have cracks in them. I get these are minor issues, but I mean come one they couldn’t have fixed them before selling it to me. I have two children and to me the van is just not safe to be driving them around in until I put more money into it. So if you don’t mind buying a car to have to put money into right away this is the place for you! If you don’t mind being ignored then again, this is the place for you. The owner has a daughter a few months younger than mine and I bet he would not drive his baby girl around in this! So why sell it to a mom to drive her kids around in.

Kevin Cerqueira: Terrible customer service. Called the day before, drove an hour each way to look at one specific car that I had full intention of buying, waited 40minuts!!! I left with out even test driving it, Thats how bad the service was. STAY AWAY!!!

Ian Murray: Very good customer service they work with you to do whatever it takes to make sure you're approved got myself a beautiful BMW x3 for good fair price for the miles that it had was very clean few days later had just a few things that I was Concerned with they were right on it to fix it Forget what I said about this post the car had trouble they fixed it next day it caught fire all it does erase the code then infix it It could I lost my family due to this and they wouldn't give my money back I'd use my insurance thay would not cooperating

Joe O'C: I checked an 08 pilot out and tpms light was on and I was told that and some other things would be fixed and that the car would have no problems so I went in a few days later paid and was driving home and I noticed it still needed and alignment and tpms light so I called and was told to call back Monday and I did and was told that because they thought the tpms light was because of low tire pressure that’s why they said it would be gone but because it was a sensor they will not do anything. These guys are snakes and now I have about $600 of repair to do myself. Don’t go through these scumbags they are typical sales people who will lie to get you to sign the title then leave you high and dry. I’m disappointed because I had a friend looking at a car there they really liked and they lost that sale

Shane Wales: Was at the place for 5 hours between 2 days left at 6 pm the second night. Liked one car so put $200 down to hold it. That night the bank told me they wouldn't finance it cause they were asking too much. Called right when they opened up the next morning to let them know and Asked about a couple other cars and no reply. So I called again and they said I couldn't have my $200 back. The car didn't even say "sold" on their website. the worst service, and the worst people too, like I said I was there for a while, shouldn't have been there that long, and the way they talk about people who just bought cars, or even the owner. I'm happy I got 9ut and only lost $200 in the matter but recommend people look absolutely anywhere before here.

0.69 KD OPS: We found 2 cars that we wanted to compare and test drive. The first car is located at InterAuto and the other was at another dealership in Westwood. The Westwood dealership was very welcoming and within a couple of minutes we were on the road on our test drive. At InterAuto we had to go find someone to come help us and within minutes, we drove away as fast as possible. We wanted to test drive a car and the employee we found, gave us all sorts of reasons why we wouldn't be able to at that moment. The employee did everything possible to actually lose a potential customer. Great job.

Evan: Absolutely amazing, we showed up at 2, test drove and committed to a vehicle, then Mike walked us through every necessary step for registering and buying the vehicle as someone from out of country. He set us up completely for registration at the rmv and even pointed us to the nearest bank to get a certified cheque. Best experience ever
