I had surgery to repair them and then went to Physical Therapy for rehab. When my insurance company stopped approving the visits, I asked where I could get the therapeutic massages for this injury, and was directed to Tough Love.I went to the Holliston location, and was treated by Binnie Nguyen. I had no idea what I got myself into. This is not your ordinary "relaxing" massage. She went much deeper than PT ever did. After the first visit, I saw that it helped immensely. Binnie massaged areas around my shoulder very aggressively, but in a mindful manner where I could tell that it was extremely beneficial for this injury.She only works in Holliston on the weekends, so I went out to the Worcester location. The office is clean and modern, and Binnie and Hahn (the owner) really work to treat problem areas in a therapeutic way. I would actually call their work a "medical massage". Binnie is great at what she does....very mindful of my needs, and she delivers a very powerful, deep treatment.I have gone back many times, and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. Binnie was even thoughtful enough to ask what insurance I have and that they would potentially cover some of the cost.If you are looking for a relaxing spa experience, then this is probably not for you. However if you are looking for treatment for problem areas that don't seem to heal on their own, then I would highly recommend going to Tough Love Two. I was so happy with the treatment that I referred my 17 year old son to see Binnie for his sports related issues. He got immediate results from one visit and is now on a weekly schedule.These guys are great, and I wish I had gone to them sooner1

I have had chronic back and glute pain on my left side for a few years and it has been difficult to get proper, quality care/treatment. His bedside manner, ability to assess my pain has led to relief from years of pain. Michael listened to what I believe I did and asked questions as well. He was very professional and explained how the muscles work and offered his advice on treatment. After a couple sessions, the shoulder is good again. Michael does great work, I highly recommend him.
