Alisha Brunetti: This place is a gimmick and a waste of gas, money, and time. The attendance policy for the "Career Seminar" is ridiculous and makes it impossible for any actual, normal human being to collect unemployment. No information is offered ahead of time on what is needed to attend , how to get there, where to park, or how long it is. Who allows only a 10 minute window for being late!? For someone unfamiliar with the area, building, parking and maze of one way streets!? (My daughter had an appointment down the street at 9 am 10 minutes away so I missed my "window").What a horrible place and people. I'm heartbroken that this is a thing. I am fortunate to have been on multiple interviews, and had a couple of offers for employment already, but the jobs would not work for me. My resume was written professionally, and am likely to be offered a job that does work for my needs right now soon enough, but god forbid someone actually need this help. There is no reason to be here for me. It is a complete waste of time that could be spent looking for an actual job. What a flawed and useless system.

David: Staff is incompetent. There have been no modifications to my support order yet this department seems to constantly send vouchers to my employer for the INCORRECT amount. Information I have changed through their website as well as in person with a worker does not reflect in my file and defaults back to old incorrect information. They bill the entire support order at the beginning of the month and then my biweekly automatic withholding pays it off. Every year at tax return season, they bill for the entire month and then withhold my taxes and STILL withhold extra money from me for that month. They constantly seem to fall behind somehow with my AUTOMATIC payments. Numerous complaints go unaddressed and I'm told "that's just the way it is." I love and support my children in all ways I can, but I cannot WAIT until I don't have to deal with these incompetent people. I would be better off paying the support direct. Staff is unresponsive to online inquiries. Horrible service.
