Dennis DePierri: Over the years we have bought many cars both for our business and personal and I will say long subaru was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership, we went to other Subaru dealers first and they were nothing like Long, from start to finish they were low pressure very transparent and sales staff was incredible, do yourself a favor and skip the competition and just go straight to long you’ll save yourself some time and put a smile on your face, and the fact that they had the best price didn’t hurt either!

Long Subaru is the place to go!We had an amazing experience at Long Subaru, no pressure sale, we were able to look at vehicles we were interested in purchasing, even thought inventory is an issue now...but we were able to chek out the 2 models we were interested in and make a decision on what model to go with (we visited another dealer and took them 50min to look at a vehicle).At Long the vehicles are priced at sticker, not above sticker like other location. They are very open and upfront about charges, availability and expectations.We started to deal with Shawn, which was the reason we chose to purchase the vehicle at Long, but he got hurt and we finished our deal with Scott Brill. Both sales reps were flawless!!!This purchase was for our son, who will be getting his licenses soon. We were going to purchase a used vehicle in the $5-$6k range, but due to high inflation you are not able to find anything decent, with decent miles. So we chose to go new, just made more sense to us. But Shawn and Scott made this experience such a breeze it was a no brainer with all the benifits they have to offer.Highly impressed when we took delivery of the car and how everything was explained and they did put us at ease.Cant speak highly enough of these guys, like they say "buying a car is stressful enough, they are not going to make it harder for us". And that was very true.Need a vehicle and a stress free experience Long Subaru is the place to go!
John Sawyer: Sales process was relatively easy; I financed through my own bank so it took some extra effort to get the paperwork right but it was worth the savings to me. No high pressure sales tactics. First follow up on warranty services was A+.Service seems ok, complimentary car wash leaves something to be desired.After the second lackluster carwash (oily residue on windshield requiring manual re-cleaning by me - was already on way home an hour away) I called to voice concerns. They comped an oil change which I thought was fair. The third time I asked about the car wash, we left it as tentative, and they went ahead with it but didn't charge me. The car was performed to my expectations this time so I did leave as a satisfied customer. I'm glad they made some extra effort to attempt to ameliorate the situation.

He asked me what color I preferred (black of course) and when I brought my husband back to test drive, there was a black forester.! (Good move)Financing was quick and easy. Delivery of the vehicle was great. It was detailed inside and out , inspection sticker with a full tank gas. Scott reviewed all the features again. I have had previous bad experiences in this area at other dealersI’ve driven my new forester for a week and it’s been great. Scott followed up with a phone call to see how it was going. So far, so good!

Sylvia Stark: Let me preface this by saying I sell cars at a dealership myself so I know firsthand the shortage of cars-I called the dealership to check if a car I wanted was available and instantly got aggressively asked "who is this?', to which i responded with my name. The salesperson then instantly said "are you calling from dealership?' Which no, I was not. Then "where are you?" To which I responded "VT." He asked me if I had bought a vehicle from them before, which I said no to. Then he told me they only sold to their previous customers due to the vehicle shortage. He told me there was a 3899 upcharge for any non prior customers. I hung up.The upcharge? Confusing business practice yes, but not a problem, I appreciate the loyalty to previous customers right now. What I can't stand is the passive aggressive, straight up RUDENESS this man gave me when I was simply asking a question. As a car salesperson I could never imagine talking to a customer (previous or not)like that!

I always try harder: After shopping for a 2023 Outback Wilderness I decided to purchase at another local dealer that offered better overall value. My recent experience with the service department was equally disappointing, poor communication and a lack of commitment to customer service validated my decision to go elsewhere. You should think carefully before spending your hard earned dollars at Metrowest.

Richard Bliss: Battery died a month ago and I replaced it with a COSTCO battery. That one also died recently, so I assumed it was an issue with the alternator/charging system. Took it to Metrowest to get everything checked.I was anticipating a $3-$400 repair, but they said there was an issue with the COSTCO battery, i.e., Subarus are very particular about replacement batteries.Metrowest replaced the COSTCO battery with a new OEM battery and also filed a claim with Subaru to cover the cost. I was able to return the COSTCO battery for a refund.Excellent service even though they did not make a lot of $$ off the transaction. I will definitely go back again? Thank you.

We were immediately greeted by the owner and he told us what he had in our price range. My son liked one of their cars. We were able to start the car and look it over. We were told we could not test drive it because he knew there was still work to be done. We put down a deposit. Went to drive the car today my son was happy and we decided to buy it. This place was extremely friendly, helpful and made the process smooth. They dealt with the insurance and we drove off with a registered and insured vehicle.I highly recommend Sahara for anyone looking to purchase an older and newer vehicle. Thank you Sahara. I wish I remembered the owners name, but he was amazing!!!

Greg Shepard: Typical dealership tricks, this place is the reason people hate buying or leasing a car. I was not impressed with the sales process (made appointment to see a specific car/vin# that was listed on the web site as in stock and available, yet it wasn't there the next morning even though I made an appointment to look at and BUY that specific car. When I showed up at the dealership, I was given an option of other 2 cars that were available to me or wait for delivery from somewhere else. Saw something on our web page? Too bad, not available.The finance department acted completely illegally by adding mandatory options to my lease and told me that I needed to accept them. I said no and removed the charges from I Ipad. The finance person put the options back on said had to accept the add-on cost because it was "built in" to the lease price. That was not true and a fraudulent statement. I signed whatever he told me I had to do just to get out of the room and stop this high pressure add-on. I then called back to cancel the deal and call out their tactics.The dealerships response was to "make it right" which really means make it legal, barely. I had to go back a resign all the paperwork to remove a mandatory option that I openly objected to, that is, fabric stain insurance, an add on for $1200.00. The funny thing is, they claim this insurance process is a "protective" that they "apply" to the car. When I didn't want it, they said it was already done and that it was now complimentary.What was most irritating was the dealerships insistence that I rate them 10 out of 10. They called me for days remining me how important a 10 star rating means to them. I gave them the ten star rating just so they stop calling me. I certainly didn't want these crooks harassing me after the sale as well. Overall, it wasn't a positive experience. I came out with a car....it wasn't the car I chose, and it wasn't the car I wanted. The negotiation process with FINANCE was horrible but I did leave with a well build vehicle after only about 4 days.Subaru has a great reputation for social responsibility and I wish I could purchase a car directly from the manufacturer without having to associate with dealerships like this. Acton Subaru? Not recommended unless you like paying extra for things you probably don't want.

Antoine Benoit: Bought a certified used car a few weeks ago (2019 Mazda CX-5) and honestly was a smooth and efficient experience. Max was helpful and transparent throughout and the front desk guys are great.Overall, from purchase to getting the car in hand was 4 days including waiting for payment to clear over a weekend and a quick look over the car before pickup. Would buy another car here again.

Jatnna Medina: I’ll rate this experience because I have gotten both good and bad past experiences from Harr themselves from buying the vehicle to forgetting that no matter what they (salesperson says) look at the contract and ASK THEM TO SHOW YOU WHERE IN THE CONTRACT IT SAYS IT if they can’t find it DONT BELIEVE THEM- that goes for any not just Harr) because they like to include stuff that isn’t exactly in the contract and once you bring it up memory loss plays a big role.Anyways, I went there for an oil change and tire rotation. Customer service as the Jeep for service wasn’t bad it started out busy but that’s understandable. I was supposed to have tires rotations & after I dropped off the car I was told that I could have tire rotations because the tires were bad. I tried to change two tires out of four because that what I currently could do and was told no that they couldn’t it needed to be all four tires. I texted then to forget the oil change because it was useless I was doing it but I didn’t need it because I had already gotten an oil change about 1-2 months before. Oil change was still done (because I don’t know the time it was done in not going to hold it against them) paid $93 for an oil change might have paid less if done elsewhere and especially since I didn’t need one at the time (again not there fault but in my opinion if they see that it didn’t need one might as well say something like hey what you actually don’t need one). The do have a nice customer waiting area and they do offer to take you back to home and or work as long as it is in a certain range of the dealership so I’ve been told. The place was nice and neat and they do also offer light coffee/hot chocolate/water and snacks in the waiting room which is pretty nice.
Susan Trumbetti: Went to their free carwash when you buy a car there you get 2 years free oil changes and lifetime car washes. Plus when they do an oil change you get a free lunch from Panera bread. I bought two new cars from there.
Roger Leblanc: When they sell you a car. Don't purchase their maintenance plan. Waist . Takes a month to get a hold of service. Online appointment service sucks. Gotta put Vin in. Who has that on them. And I tried to use the car wash today. With my Harr "Wash Card" 12 cars in line. I may never use it. Waist. But service women was great. Squeezed me in early.

Automaniac: Over all it's a great Dealership. Don't waste the 2k or 3k on extended warranty. The odds of those kinds of repairs in the warranty period are slim to none and it's why they make a ton of money on them. Pure profit for HARR. I will say they gave us excellent customer service over all.
