Laura Katz: I cannot say enough good things about the training program/local shop that is Sugar Shack. Everyone from the managers to the students are wonderful; we have gotten so many wonderful gift baskets and treats there (including amazing goodie bags for our kids' birthday parties - one pulled together at more or less the last minute). HIGHLY recommend for all your sugary needs!!
