Worcester Surgical Center: what do users think?
Diana Ngo: I recently had procedure done here and they know what they are doing. Please be patient with front desk as they are in-taking many patients at a time. That was my first time there and felt well taken care of, from front desk all the way through discharge. I want to give a shout out to Dr. Kim, Tia (RN), Matt (Anasthesiology), Anna (RN), Brennan (RN?), Carolin (RN) & the Worcester Surgical Center care team ( I apologize if I misspelled your names). You can tell all staff are working together as a team. Thank you so much for taking care of me.
E: The staff was amazing. So friendly and compassionate. I wish all my medical experiences were as amazing as this. Thank you all so much for being so amazing!
Susan Anastasia: Had an endoscopy and everyone was great!! Very professional, thorough and caring! They even called to check on me the next day... I would highly recommend them!
Meghan Michaud: My 4 year old daughter had surgery today at Worcester surgical center and I am extremely pleased with the service. From the nurses to the doctor to the anesthesiologist, amazing kind and helpful. I just wanted to actually take a second to specifically commend someone that I didn’t get a chance to get their name from, the woman who walked me directly out of the room once my daughter went under was the kindest and warmest person I know. She told me her son had undergone heart surgery once and that it’s always hard to watch them go down and it’s true. This was my second time and it wasn’t any easier watching my baby reach out for me helplessly but this woman made me feel so comforted and I really wanted to say thank you.
Marianne Hulten: I went here for my first surgery ever. I wasn't sure what to expect. Everyone here was so nice and supportive. They answered all my questions and put me at ease. I hopefully won't need any more surgeries, but if I do I'm definitely doing them here!
Janice Brigham: The four stars are for the medical staff. Pre-OP nurse was very nice and gentle. Nurse in procedure room very kind and informative. Doctor and anesthesiologist were also top notch. Now let's talk about the front desk. UNPROFESSIONAL! The woman who greeted me at my car seemed confused about what she was doing amd not wearing her mask correctly. Your nose should be covered. You want patients to practice safety with covid. Then you should too.Woman behind front desk, short blonde hair, was yelling at a coworker. She was slamming papers around on her desk. When coworker walked away from the desk she proceeded to talk down about coworker to said woman who greeted me at car who was now sitting in waiting room without mask on. Woman acting unprofessional was also not wearing a mask. Thankfully my paperwork was completed by a different front desk employee, JackieThis is not how I want to enter a medical office. I expect the front desk employees to be the face of the practice and set a good tone.
Joyce Powers: Friendly, efficient and professional staff. Well orchestrated procedure. I would highly recommend.
Dan Livant: Did my first screening colonoscopy, which is no fun, but all of the intake and nursing staff were wonderful, and actually made it a pleasant experience! They were friendly and caring. 10/10
Dan Hunt: First off I want to say the medical staff at this place is wonderful. They were super nice and very attentive. They watched over me like a hawk and were amazing. That being said, the administration staff, not so much. I don't know if anyone else has had this issue, but I felt like they were more concerned with my money than my well-being.First off before anything happened I was required to pay for my portion in advance. Weird, but ok. Don't you usually bill for this after the insurance pays? They could not stress it enough that I MUST pay my portion first. Sure fine, give me a statement of what I am paying, "sorry we can't do that". So you want me to pay for something that I don't even know what I am paying for? I don't think so. You obviously don't trust me to pay my bill, so why on Earth would I trust you to bill me correctly?Ok so next, I was told that others that are associated with the center will be charging my insurance also. So of course I ask if those people are in my network. The response was, it was my job to find that out in advance. EXCUSE me? You want me to view my crystal ball, and know in advance for other companies that you "May" be used for my surgery and magically find out if they are in my network? Seriously? I was absolutely dumbfounded.I will certainly stick with a Hospital for any further surgeries. If it wasn't for the amazing medical staff this would have been a 1 star.
Michele: My elderly mother had surgery Monday and was very nervous. Every nurse, the anesthesiology team, every person we came in contact with was amazing. Made my Mother feel more at ease. I have to really give credit to the nurses, they were just so nice and gentle and sweet. I would highly recommend Worcester Surgical Center if you're having same day surgery!!!!!
Talisa Contes: What a wonderful experience... I didn’t wait longer then 5 minutes after I finished checking in. Upon going back the nurse was so comforting and her bedside manner was just amazing reminded me of a real old school nurse that was just genuine... I have never had any type of procedure done before and was so nervous and she comforted me throughout the whole thing. I asked if I could have a anti nausea med along with the propofol and she notified the Anesthesiologist and they had absoultely no issue with it! I think I encountoured with about 6 nurses total and every single one was just as friendly and caring as the other... upon waking up you get beverage of your choice and make sure you’re ok to leave. Everyone there is definitely experienced... you won’t see any young young nurses who don’t care about what they’re doing. The following day they even check up on you to see how you’re doing! Amazing care, I will DEFINTELY return if needed.
R D: Surgery is the specialty here and it shows. Building and some equipment is a tiny bit dated, but don't let that fool you. Very good nurses and doctors. Was nervous for a procedure but realized i wasted my energy worrying.
josh watkins: They waisted my money and time do to weather now want me to redo all my pre-op appointments at my coast and waited till 9:30pm the night before to cancel when surgery was at 7:30am and I was sleeping they even called at 2pm the day before to tell me they never close do to weather and that I was definitely was going to make it in even with bad weather
Stefanie Thompson: Went in yesterday morning for a breast augmentation. All the staff there were so kind. They made sure I was as comfortable as possible and made sure I had everything I needed. When I let the nurse know I was petrified of needles she did everything to make sure I was comfortable and didn't hurt me. Thanks for everything ! I would recommend everyone to go here if it was an option for them.
Automaniac: Awesome people.

Terrill Robert Q MD: what do users think?
Lori Urso: I injured my right elbow several mths ago. I have not been able to work and since I’m self employed I do not get disability. I have had 3 cortisone shots and have worn braces iced heat some therapy and it’s just getting worse. I believe I need an mri but he said it’s not a life altering problem. I told him it kind of was because I couldn’t work and daily simply tasks were very painful such as brushing my teeth tying shoes ect... . His response was it’s not cancer is it? It was a rude comment especially since my twin brother is going through treatments for cancer. He also said I have callouses on my hand so I must still be using it too much. I told him no I’ve had them forever because I have worked hard my whole life. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone. He is very rude and arrogant. Lori Urso
Bella mc: The best hand doctor ever! It's been almost two years since Dr. Terrill worked on my hand, trying to fix someone else's mistake. I'm so thankful. So much relief, no more pain. The staff is also amazing. Thank you to all and happy holidays! Griselis
craw fish: He's a great Dr he did my surgery yes I'd go to him again.

Thomas F Breen, MD: what do users think?
Colleen Blanco: Highly incompetent staff! My mother was referred her after a fall and fracturing her hand. The office staff have lied, manipulated and done everything they could to not provide her proper medical care. We are still trying to get her the help she needs at this time. Horrible place!
Clayton: horrible, i went to the ER at umass memorial because i cut my finger off at work, I was told by the er to schedule a follow up visit with their hand surgery office. their office refused to schedule a follow up appointment because I did not have a workers comp ins fax number. Mean while I have run out of antibiotics for my hand, my hand hasn't been seen by a doctor since i left the ER and the only thing this office is worried about is $MONEY$And to top it all off the manager of the office threatened to end the call because I was getting angry because they refused to schedule an appointment. This is disgusting!
Robbin W Miller: A shoddy place in how patients are berated for following their PCP's treatment plan during the visit with Dr.Breen and his staff. Wanted to cost me a fortunate to do surgery with stitches when my dermatologist did the procedure in her office with no stitches. I was treated like a dollar sign and not as a person. Unprofessional conduct indeed.
Lori Copeta: I have been going to Dr Breen for many years now. I have arthritis pretty bad and he helped me when others wouldn't because I was too young. Dr Breen will always be a 5 star in my book!
sue madden: he did my carpal tunnel surgery on the 19th of December he did a good job with great recovery time! i would recommend him!
Donna Housand: Dr Breen did my carpal tunnel surgery. Great bedside manner. Minimal recovery- great staff. I would recommend him to anyone needing hand surgery.

Marci D Jones, MD: what do users think?
Ron Jendrysik: Excellent experience with Dr Marci Jones. I had two hand surgeries for three different trigger-finger release procedures. I found Dr Jones to be extremely professional, but at the same time very personable and friendly, willing to take the time and effort to clearly explain the procedures upfront and to answer any questions. I went through both procedures wide awake with local anesthetic only, surrounded by Dr. Jones and four or five additional very competent nurses/physician assistants/team members at the surgery Center in Shrewsbury. I would definitely recommend Dr Jones to anyone in need of hand surgery, or at least the procedures I went through.
Linda Singleton: Great group of professionals!
Suzy Warren: Doctor Marci Jones did surgery on my left hand this week and I really really like her very much and would recommend her to anybody. Helpfully next year she can do my other hand!

UMass Memorial Cosmetic Surgery Center: what do users think?
bill riley: Not impressed.
Tanya Scott: Professional and personal at the same time. Answered all my questions and put any worries at ease.
Sharon: I would highly recommend Dr. Rothkopf and his team. I am very happy with the results of my surgery, and I felt supported by his very professional and kind staff.
Penelope Dillon: Face-lift or jowel removal was totally successful. The surgery was impeccable. Recovery from anesthesia was uneventful.. There was minimal pain that was manageable with Tylenol. Recovery was an easy 2 weeks. Six months later there is no evidence of surgery except for my looking 15 years younger.
Lorrie Hammett: It seems neither reasonable nor necessary to require my social security number over the phone simply to schedule a consultation. As a brand new potential patient who’s not yet even been to your office, that seemed overly intrusive. I’m happy to provide a credit card if ensuring my appointment is a concern. But my ssn? Too much for an appointment scheduling phone call.
