GED Rockstar: Destroyed my pipes and walked away with my money! They closed our pool last fall and opened it this spring. They forgot to remove the plugs on the lines, didn’t start the pump and left. Basically we paid almost $300 for them to take the cover off. We tried to start it ourselves and found shattered pipes that had frozen over the winter. The entire pump and pipes were barely 2 years old! Tried to get them back to fix and the nasty old man at the shop told my husband that obviously WE broke the pipes and nothing is their responsibility. Actually YELLED at him in the store that this is our own fault somehow! WORST SERVICE EVER! Now we have to pay another company to replace all the shattered pipes and sue Duckman to recover our costs. Never do business with this scam company!
Craig Laprise: I used to get my pool supplies from the local hardware store, but as the season came to a close I found that they didn’t have what I needed. So I tried duckman pools. On the very first visit, the sales staff was extremely helpful. I had never closed a pool before and Paula told me everything I would need and made a copy of some directions for me. She went above and beyond and of course when I needed a new balloon a few weeks later because the old one was flat, there was no doubt where I was going. Bill helped me out and was extremely courteous. A few weeks later after the rains ended I was able to change the balloon, I found that the new one had a hole in it. Unfortunately duckman’s was closed for the season. I thought I would have to try and solve the problem with duck tape, but Paula offered to open up the shop just to give me a new one, accepted the one with a hole in it without complaint. She then checked to make sure the new one was free of holes.The customer service that I experienced at Duckman pools went well beyond the sale and as far as I am concerned I will never go anywhere else for my pool supplies. This is how customer service is supposed to be and rarely found.

Paul Carbonneau: This pool company is the best. We had another company come out and install a pump and filter now this is our first pool ever and had no idea how to get my pool started and the pool company left us high and dry. So we called jc pools and they told us to bring a sample of the water to them so we did and we had very high phosphate so they gave us all the chemicals we needed and with in 1 week we were perfect on levels. We are now swimming like fish and safely. Thank you so much jc pools.

Tracy Damaskis: DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! Found out this company was issued a cease and desist order from the Department of Labor Standards regarding being considered NON-ESSENTIAL and they continue to operate fully. They should be doing their part to help stop the spread of Covid-19. On Mass.gov's site under "FAQS - CHEMICAL" it states pool companies should NOT be open. It also states, "Businesses and organizations not on the list of essential services are encouraged to continue operations through remote means that do not require workers, customers, or the public to enter or appear at the brick-and-mortar premises closed by the order."Yet they still have employees and customers entering and appearing on their brick and mortar premises! They are likely contributing to the spread with no regard for anyone but themselves and their money. Installing pools is NOT essential and if people want pool chemicals they can go to walmart, its that simple.

I have learned over the years through our experience that all of the components used in my installation are top notch. Cathy Rochford: Lucas and crew were great to deal with, especially given the trouble finding reliable contractors. They installed new liner, and then helped me trouble shoot a serious leak in the pool - replacing multiple pipes under the stone. Not a small work order, and would've been easy to walk away from. He stayed with the job and came out often late in the day (after other jobs) to make sure it got done per our timeline discussed. Equally important, he was easy to communicate with and returned calls/texts in a professional manner. Did not overcharge. I've recommended him to neighbors and will do so again. Gabe Alves: so i have lakeside pool and i had a collapsing wall. i called the original builders and they said they wouldn't touch because i would need a new pool. they said that the damages was to deep to repair. so i called around other companies and they all said no. So then i called Blue Pool Inc and they reassured me that the job was fixable but it wasnt no easy task. BUT they did it. and it came out great. They did my wall, they changed my liner, and they even did my patio. I was a regular customer of CT Landscape and they were charging me $30 dollars a square ft for my pavers and Luccas and his crew only charged me $13. A fraction of what the other company were charging me. I even ask CT Landscpae to match the price and they said no. Long story short. Blue Pool Inc is an amazing company that goes above and beyond for their clients, they answered all my questions and concerns throughout this project, they were a week late on the projected time frame but hey everytime there were at my house they were working their butts off and it made up for it. They are able to test your pool water and get your mineral levels to where they need to be in order for you to correct your water pH and color, especially when you use well water and that is most likely higher in metals like copper. Lucky to have them for advice over the phone as well.

Have been doing buisness with them for as long as I can remember and at the end of last season scheduled for them to come out and replace the motor on the pump. We after being blown off 2xs...they finally assured us that they would be over the following morning and guess what NO Show AGAIN! it wouldn't be so bad if they had the respect to just call and let us know they weren't going to make it! Instead have had to take multiple days off just to sit around and wait for nothing! Bad business!

Cindy Carreiro: I’ve been shopping here for 30 plus years now.Have always had professional help and always had all my questions answered.Sadly, the two young adults (young lady and young man) they have working on Sunday afternoons are the worst customer care people I’ve come across in awhile.Please show them how to act and how to wait on people in the order they come into the store.They do not get to pick and choose where, when and how people are waited on or in what order.If your waiting your turn and they decide to help someone else that just walked into the store after you’ve waited in line for 5 or 10 minutes for their help is unprofessional.Usually it’s first come first serve basis.Sadly at this point they both have nasty attitudes and have no problem showing you that they don’t want to help you.I’m a paying customer that works very hard for her money and I choose to spend it in your establishment.I deserves respect and their total attention until the sale is made and I am on the way out the door.A little professionalism goes a long way!Please look into this matter because if this is how you choose to do business I’d rather spend my money else where.Thank You
Cynthia Curtis: We have a small pool (10’x3’). We have brought several water samples in and purchased a number of items to no avail. Each time you go in the young person behind the counter simply offers a “new” purchase that will take care of the problem. You get the impression they are simply “guessing” what might be helpful and have no actual knowledge about the results of the water test or the products they are selling. Today the young woman kept having to go in the back room to ask someone what she should suggest. Each time she came back we were offered a conflicting opinion. We finally decided on two items. One $10.95 and the other $23.95. When rung up the total came to $45 and some change. I questioned her and she informed me the one item was actually $16.95. No, it’s marked $10.95 and that is what I will pay. Finally the man in the back came forward and issued a refund for $5.31 and tossed our receipt at us. We were still clearly overcharged and left never to return!

Tee Jay: I had a new liner installed by them and they did a horrible job. Liner was falling out 2nd day and couldn't get them to come back and fix it. The pool steps moved when they drain pool and never got it back in right place. It was really expensive but the liner is really poor quality not sure were they get them but not happy about any of the experience
Sarah Duffy: I like to support local businesses, it's a shame a speciality store like this in town has such terrible customer service. We have been waiting for a pool cover from them for 3 weeks, they keep giving us the run around... "it'll arrive next week" "try again on thursday" "call again tomorrow morning" "we will definitely have them NEXT Thursday". I give up, I'm bringing my business elsewhere. Other than our four times calling, we also stopped in twice and the employees have no idea what's going on. Dealing with them has been incredibly frustrating, save yourself the time and go elsewhere.

Sara Malooly: Horrible customer service. I bought a pool from them and was told it would be installed in 3 weeks. Its been 5 weeks. I called the store more than 3 times about getting it installed. And no one could give me an answer. Also, the employee I purchased the pool from gave me 2 options.. A price with installation and a price without. I was told I paid for the pool with the installation included. I discussed this with the manager and he said he would get back to me at 10:30 this morning. Here it is 5:30 and he never got back to me (shocker!) So I called again, twice.. He said my only option is to return the pool.A poorly run company. This is NOT anyone you want to deal with, especially when they are at fault and will not help you in any way.

Sabrina Alcock: UPDATE: I wanted to provide an update for the below review. First, I would like to clarify that this is NOT a used hot tub. In fact, it is a hot tub sold and installed by your company brand new. Second, your tech Jon is the reason I am bumping up my review. Not only did he contact us as soon as possible but he was extremely apologetic for the way I was treated by one of your employees. I hope you know his worth and please be sure to let him know we are grateful for his quick response to us. He was able to get our hot tub up and running after a year of not being able to use it and we are thrilled.Very poor customer service. I called last June to have our hot tub serviced. After not hearing anything for a few weeks, I called and was told they were very busy and it may be a few more weeks. After not even receiving a call to schedule service, I stopped in and was told I "needed to be patient." I am just wondering if an ENTIRE YEAR is patient enough to wait for service?
Srihc Adi: Pretty good in stock selection but the only deliver 35 miles which is nowhere near long enough for me from Connecticut not sure why that's such a problem but couldn't working out

Luis Rodriguez: The Staff was very nice. They we're sweet to my son. To know fault of there own. I was shocked at the sticker price of a few of there items. I have used them in the past, and have had great experiences with them. Even during the height of the pandemic, the cost of pool products we're not this high. I chalk it up to "transitory" inflation, and or the ineptitude of a poorly run presidential administration. Who cannot seem positively effect any sector of society.

The electrician Dave was great also . All of his workers were professional. They don' t cut corners and they do extras that other companies don't do . I highly recommend them .
