Both the obnoxiously blaring music & garish decor contribute to the experience being so.For years I had gone back here on & off hoping to have just hit it on a bad day, week, month, year or something. Just really tried to give the place a good honest chance. Basically tried to consider all variables 🤔😉However, there seems to be a consistent unwelcoming feel about their salons(or perhaps just one they have left now..? Tatnuck seems to have faded from exsistence)Also, It seems that for every one bad review on here, they get 4 or 5 people to burry it with shining ones. Curious to see how many, & how long it will take to bury this one.😉 As I fully anticipate that to be the case with this as well.

Lauren Norwood: First time ever having a spray tan done and am thrilled with the results. I chose the Sleepy Prima solution with the coconut water add-on. I'm blonde with very fair skin and wanted to add some color before a week-long trip to Hawaii. Edyta was very professional and kind, and helped determine how many coats I would need to achieve the look I was going for. She is very thorough and asks you to turn or bend your limbs in certain ways to achieve an even tone. I woke up to rinse off the bronzer the following morning and absolutely love the results. I received a natural, glowing skin tone with very minimal transfer onto bedsheets. I will happily return to Edyta in the future!Just a note, Prima Tan is located in a residential neighborhood, as Edyta runs her business out of her own home. It is very clean, professional, and welcoming - do not let the unconventional location deter you!

Joseph Bagnell: Glow is a pretty good salon. They have walk-ins, level four beds, and stand-up. Lower level beds and stand-ups. You can purchase lotions. They have a bunch of different tanning packages to choose from. They have red light I believe it's called to help with a bunch of skin issues. It's clean and has a nice bathroom. Seating while waiting for your bed or stand-up. Employees are nice and knowledgeable. Prices are a bit steep but not a deal breaker.

So maybe if she DID actually explain it to me like you said in your response that she did, I would have understood better on why she was denying me of service.My skin was pale like that cus I just came out of the shower so that’s not my usual reflection. So really, don’t act like you know my skin better than mme when I’ve been tanning for more than a decade.Edit after the owners response—I’m sorry the owner just said that I was disheartened at the fact that I had to fill out registration. Obviously I have to fill out registration since that is proper protocol for every business. But she is failing to mention they lost the one that I filled out when I became a new client two months ago. And the girl in the front back then obviously let me go in for max time without issues so that’s why I came back again because she was very nice and helpful. Please, don’t make that part of the issue because I actually like to fill out forms and I write very quick so I don’t care about that. If you made sure you and your staff take pride in whatever your work claiming then you need to train your staff to not let me have gone in for max time in the first place @ my first visit there in the beginning of October.I do wanna say though, i appreciate you editing your post from the previous one. I’m glad you took my advice that business owners should reply to customers honest reviews with a little more grace than the defensiveness and lies that was posted before.Okay I wish your business the best of luck, Katie and Denise.
