Mark Wyman: Braden came to set us up with Spectrum Internet. This dude is professional, patient and polite and explained every step of the process. Had to come back the next day with a bucket truck because the telephone pole wasn't safe to climb. He was faced with obstacles and took it all in stride. Thanks Braden!
Adam Rosario: Unfortunately tech 0167 Harry has every excuse in the book to not hook up our cable and internet. We basically had to physically show him how to run the cable through the pipe. He came up with three excuses before he started and we canceled those. Then he said the lines are frozen as he gently wiggles the snake to pretend he couldn't get it through the pipe. So my wife and I gently showed him how to run 150 ft like it was nothing. What a joke. We have video for proof.
M Pell: No experience with the actual service but i will say thumbs up to your vehicle that passed in the breakdown lane in a construction area. You’ll notice him in front of the tractor trailer. I’ll be posting his vehicle number as well as dashcan footage.

Angel Vega: i have worked for this company before and i was very upset in how they deal with there employee safety especially when it came to the CoVId -19. Tech will have to supply there own safety gear to stay safe when going to customer home or business. you can definitely make money in this company "IF" they route you correctly, however they dont. lazyness, i dont know however what i do know is you will loss money and time driving to locations that our 30mim to 40min apart from each other. my biggest thing is safety and they have showed me that safety doesnt matter to them. i say if i died today the job will still be there tomorrow therefore respect your tech health and supply them with all PPE GEAR THAT SHOULD BE REQUIRED FOR THIS VIRUS

Lisa Marie Laroche: My husband and I wanted to upgrade our phones. We had no expectation of them even having the phones we wanted in stock since the two other stores we tried previously did not. We were pleasantly surprised that they had the one who wanted in stock so we could upgrade. We did have to wait a little over 2 hours but, it was very worth it. Naima was amazing. She was so helpful and had such a pleasant attitude. She even double checked to see if they had a certain color of the phone I wanted in stock. She made the experience a positive one 😁 I would highly recommend making an appointment if you can before you go in that way you are not waiting very long.

Each of their calls are recorded and I’m on EVERY month stating DO NOT KEEP my card on file. Here we are at month THREE of them ILLEGALLY taking my money. FROM THE WRONG ACCOUNT. They REFUSE to reimburse for their NEGLIGENCE and when advised Id turn them into the BBB was threatened with termination of service .. DO NOT EVER GO WITH THEM. Not only are their payments ILLEGALLY taken their internet drops SEVERAL times a day and their only solution is to up grade every time
