mark scharf: Today I had the pleasure of working with sales consultant, Jose Solares. Jose helped us to choose a family plan that offers more data and options and saves us $70 per month. He then took the time to apply a new glass screen protector for my phone. If you are ever at the Verizon Store in Worcester, I highly recommend you ask to work with Jose Solares.
Matheus Krianciunas: I've got to say, this was the best experience I've ever had at Verizon. Jose the store manager was phenomenal. Super knowledgeable, extremely helpful, not pushy at all but still very informative. He didn't pressure me at all, made me feel comfortable based on my needs and wants. As long as Jose is still there it will be the only Verizon I ever step foot in. He was able to upgrade me to a newer phone quickly and easily and even applied my new screen protector for me. If you're not going straight to Jose you need to! I'd give him 100 stars out of 5
Brianne Beckman: I just switched over my plan and got a new phone. This was a process I expected to take hours, yet I was in and out in less than an hour. They were even short staffed, but the gentlemen that were there made the experience enjoyable and positive. Jeff helped me out and was absolutely wonderful-professional, polite, and extremely helpful. Give this new store a visit for sure!
Michael Reilly: If I could rate below zero I would. I was the victim of fraud at this location. Rep gave an imposter 2 iPhones and let him pay with cash. She put charge on her debit card to "do him a favor". Store is over an hour from my home and I discovered fraud immediately. Rep said I could come into the store to fix. Her manager then took 3 days to return a call. Hours on the phone with VZW and other than a "sorry", store did NOTHING for me. Horrible experience!
SUSAN HARRINGTON: Our Law Office went to Verizon/87 Gold Star Blvd./Worcester and bought an Apple I-Phone. The service was superb. Jeff George, the salesperson, spent over an hour with me setting up the phone, explaining options, and answering questions.We deal with people all day every day and I can tell you this store and the people working there are extremely professional and definitely worth a visit. Thank you!

Jenna LaPan: Fixed my smashed iPhone screen in less than 20 mins and was so nice to every customer in the store. I haven't witnessed such good customer service a quite awhile. Highly recommend.

The Manager literally saved my life as I did not know where I was and had a flight to catch. He was very professional and kind and HONEST as he rebooted my phone and did not charge me anything. Truly an amazing experience and I wish him the best of luck in all his future endeavours !
Nelson: Noso was able to take me in quickly to change my iPhone battery and screen. He did it in matter of 10 min. He very knowledgeable and and fast. He's very honest and very reasonable on his charge. I will always depend on him over others.
Ron Schnaper: My (92 years young) dad's 5 year old phone was bricked and needed to be restored to original factory settings. Nonso worked on it, overcoming the phone's technical problems until it was like a brand new phone, and his charge for his time and work was very inexpensive. I came all the way from Framingham just because of the recommendation I got to go see him at New England Wireless, and this morning I thanked the guy who sent me there.Nonso, it was nice meeting you and my father and I thank you from our hearts.

Went in with daughter to purchase two phones.. there were three employees there working with customers.. waited a few minutes and then asked an employee who had walked away from the customer to pick something up if there was an area to sign in.. one of the women employee'slooked at us and with a scowl on her face said we wiil be with you as soon as we finish with our customers. Extremely inappropriate customer service and will never do business with this location again. Simply asked a question I knew they were working with others and we had the time to wait. In the past I've had to sign in. Not surprised this location doesn't have a five-star rating!

Rómulo Romero: This is an excellent store. The staff was super professional and knowledgeable, exactly what we come to expect from Verizon. We had an appointment and were seen right on time. Our associate was Marc, and I can't say enough good things about him, how knowledgeable, caring and supportive he was. He did not rush us at all, even though we were on hold with ATT for a long time trying to get our number released, he gave us his full attention and support. This is a corporate store and in a very convenient location with plenty of parking. Our only wish is that it was open a little later, since they close at 5, but a great experience.

Kelly Harrison: This experience is regarding an online order pick up, so I cannot speak to the quality of in-person customer service. The process of the online order was incredibly easy. This Verizon store looks clean and recently renovated. They have a section of lockers you can use to pick up your online order, so all I had to do was enter a code Verizon texted to me, and I was able to get my new phone in less than 5 minutes.
Yul Oli: Verizon employees thing they are Royalty…. I did an order for my parents to pickup a new phone and they cancelled before they pickup the phone. Then they ignored them in the store and told they needs to wait 1 to 2 hours to get the phone…. They are the new minimum wage royalty… this guys needs to take a customer service course ASAP!

Had an appointment at 3 but came in 30 minutes ahead of time, apparently they value some specific people more then others. Never gonna come back here again. And for those who understand my frustration don’t try this store.

Steven Canedo: So yesterday would be my second time I've visited this sprint store. All the staff are great especially the guy that has helped me both times of my visit, his name is VJ. All I can say is this guy will go the extra mile to make sure you leave happy and help answer all the questions and concerns you may have. Yesterday he helped my brother in law and I upgrade our old phones we had some great laughs and they didnt have a problem with the fact that our process to upgrade exceeded their closing time. He made sure everything was in order for us before letting us go with our new phones. Wouldnt choose another sprint store or consultant!
