Garbage Man: Extremely rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. Probably the bottom of the barrel as far as human beings go. Felt like you have to lead them to do their own job. And its not like they are just unable to do the job, they fight you and are rude the whole way through, like un greatful little children. Toddlers throwing temper tantrums, not professional people interested in a respectful work relationship. If you hire these people to staff your bussiness, you will end up with staff who have no backbone, self respect, or skills.

Second half the employees are drug addicts they literally shoot up in the bathroom amd they will get a job before someone clean and sober ....third they offer u a ride there and back charge gas out of your check but my fiancee has been stranded multuple times not even close to home we live in worcester he has been stranded for hours in Leominster boston maine new hampsire and Leicester ma mind you they dont even get paid for those hours stranded...... They also have called my fiance and told him he was on a ticket in which he walks about 45 min to get there and when he does they tell him nothing is avaliable thats happened multiple times .... They have gone threw 4 front desk employees in the last year due to fund's being stolen from the company because there drug addicts this is by far the worst company to work for they are unprofessional unorganized addicts/felons f u are looking for a temp agencies scratch this off your list they need to be shut down until its under proper management!!!!!!!!

Randy Langer: Member of Omni HeathCare Staffing sound asleep on the couch in my parents home...Result: My 90 yr old father falls down the stairs, breaks ribs, suffers concussion, bruises head. Parents paying at rate of $24/hr. Have contacted Elder Affairs, still considering taking legal action. Stay far away!Follow-up to post, find it interesting that following my truthful and honest review of Omni Healthcare Staffing, fraudulent and unfounded reviews posting five stars suddenly appeared. Additionally Google needs to review what they post to ensure what is being posted are actual reviews and not spam as seen here. Omni Healthcare Staffing reviewing itself? Of course they will receive a five star rating further duping the public.Lastly I find it very disturbing that the owner of Omni Healthcare Staffing is absolutely clueless of the Federal HIPPA Law claiming I'm unable to speak with him due to an unexecuted healthcare proxy.
