Hopefully those in contact with DiRoberto (aka ReMax, will continue to write reviews/experiences with this company (that pretends not to be affiliated with one another). Currently, there is a property listed for rent (4 Clara St (unit 1) Worcester. It was listed on 8/29/22. I contacted the company via their website & inqured about this specific property (due to Paul Latino refusing to respond to my phone calls/emails/or texts). Danny DiRobero (the owner of DiRoberto) contacts me via email & states the property is no longer available & states the property was listed days ago (the ad stated it was listed 8 hours prior to my contacting them). Clearly, Danny isn't as smart as he thinks he is because property records are public. I looked up the owner of the property, Raymond V. Baltramaltis & Mary, and contacted them directly. The owners stated the property had not been rented & was a 1-bedroom (the ad stated it was a 2-bedroom). I emailed Danny DiRoberto back and told him he was a liar. Do you think I received a response back? Nope. I'm sure Danny or another fellow employee will respond to this review & claim something besides what I'm stating, which is typical, seeing that when & if they respond, I won't be able to reply to their response. I informed the owner of DiRoberto's & ReMax's ignorance & that he should go about choosing a better company to manage his listings. Due to this review and that I'm aware property records are public, I'm sure addresses will no longer be included in their listings moving forward. Danny, you are a fraud. The truth will reveal itself eventually.Oh you do manage the company Mr. DiRobero. Would you like me to post the emails between you & I?I didnt think so Danny. BTW, tell your mother aka Kathy (Carol) who also works at Remax that i said hello.

Always getting my questions answered and responded to in a timely fashion is not very common now of days. But honestly I think it’s important to give “kudos”, where it’s due. Everyone I speak to there is always so professional but still “down to Earth” and very easy to talk to. Most recently Kasey Penny has proven to be most exceptional at her job and what she does. Bring someone that also works with the public I know how great it is to get acknowledged for my performance. When ever i email him he gets right back to me. Anyone in real eastate knows that stabilizing units can be very difficult (let alone 11 at once), and time consuming, but with the team Danny has in place it has been much easier and he quicker than i could have imagined.Eddy takes care of all the maintenance and services. He is so great, and makes you think that you are top priority all the time. He gets back to you within the hour.
