From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who were more than happy to answer any questions I had about Tesla's impressive line of electric vehicles. Talk to a staff member. Walked me up to the demo car and started walking around it, sitting me on the "mirror, seat, map" inside the car while teaching me the car's idiosyncrasies. I went for a test drive on the street and got out of the car when I was done. Walked back to the store and all my questions were answered. Without feeling pressured to buy, I walked away with a great customer experience.The store itself is beautifully designed, displaying Tesla's vehicles in a way that really reflects their sleek, modern designs. I was particularly impressed with the various interactive displays, which allowed me to learn more about the vehicle's features and functions.

Thair Leo: The first thing the staff told right when I walk in that the cars are locked and you can't set inside of them ( only one car are unlocked).this is a show room I should have access to see the cars and BTW I'm a millionaire even if I don't look it we should be all treated with same respect with no discrimination against each other. Tesla should work more on there customer service at the show room, I have changed my mind on getting a Tesla after my experience today.

Seth McClaflin: Watched a friend try to enter to look at the cars and was verbally berated by an employee for no reason and told to leave for being under 21. We later saw multiple children around the ages of 12-16 in the store, in the cars. They clearly did not want college students looking at the cars under any circumstances and I feel it is an unfair policy. Clearly those teens couldn't buy a Tesla, why must we leave for not being able to afford them? Are we not allowed to dream about owning cool looking cars.

Marisa Pina: I ordered a model 3 in the last week of April from this location. Had spoken with the associate saying I wanted to take delivery by September so I was in the car before the winter months. Timeframe for delivery was 6-8 weeks, was told I can either pickup early or tell them to push it off when the time came. I agreed. Put the order through and was told NOTHING else about how the process could potentially be held up or expedited. My account listed Sept 1-30 as delivery date. I log in today and now delivery has been pushed until NOVEMBER. Called into the delivery center, found out the consultant had placed a hold on my account until September, which I NEVER asked for, and that my account was not properly set up to allow the build to take place. Now I am basically starting the wait over and in line after the thousands of orders that were placed after mine! Unbelievable lack of customer service/advice for such a large and profitable company. Extremely dissatisfied.

Finally we left after giving a number to call when the car was available and they didn’t even bother to call.. Pathetic experience. Will never go back to them.

Virginia Norford: I’m a local and I like this location. It’s pretty busy but I’ve never had to actually wait. It charges fast. Sometimes I go the the Reliant Medical clinic or Auburn Mall andby the time I come out my car is charged. You can charge your car while you go to Auburn Mall. The Mall is Open from M-T 11am to 8pm and Friday and Saturday. 10am to 9pm and on Sundays 12pm to 6pm. The food court is ok. It’s not a busy mall as this is a small town. I understand that these hours are not convenient for those that are traveling middle of the night. I’ve had 2 winters were there chargers were not working or they would not plug in due to snow. The charging handles are the old one, so they are heavy and most of the time you might find them on the floor. Which they would upgrade the handles and ad a few more charging stations. Right now there are 8 chargers.

Bruce Katzenberg: Although I've never had to wait, this is a busy V2 Supercharger. If you're on the Mass.. Pike, it's a bit of a pain getting off to charge and get back on the hwy. It's a little walk to the shopping center for food or bathrooms and the mall is not open till 10 or 11 AM.( small food court )

Alexis Demopoulos: Off the beaten track from the Mass Turnpike. Crowded/high demand. Two chargers broken and nonfunctional:1A and 1B. 1A parking spot dangerously close to concrete post, need to fully back into spot but away from post so don't back into it. Charging speed b/w 50-72kW. Don't recommend.

Herbert Salas: Space is very tight, it is often very crowded, I often find broken chargers. No place to eat, but you can take a boring walk. The overcrowding can be alleviated by installing additional chargers on route 20 or route 9 in Leicester town. Pulliing in rather than backing in is much better when space is tight.
