Emmett Kelly: I'm sorry, but five stars is not enough for Ron and his amazing staff.I have an animal rescue, and run a commercial refrigerator and freezer to hold pet food.This morning, I woke up to a dead freezer. That meant that very soon, 400 pounds of cat food, more dog food, and other stuff would be ruined.Worse, getting a part was going to take a week. It was Christmas, and a major snowstorm was due in 24 hours. Even if the online supplier shipped same day, it would probably be delayed. Things looked bleak.As a last ditch effort, I called Westerman's, and the owner personally contacted his service staff. They agreed to take the last part out of their service inventory, and sell it to me at a very fair price. The part fixed my freezer, saving all of that food.It's local businesses like Westerman's that make Worcester County an amazing place to live and work.Freakin' awesome!!!!!
Benjamin Nadolny: Westerman is always there for us. Even with supply chain issues, and product shortages, Westerman works hard to get us what we need and in the time we need it. Their delivery team is excellent. My businesses will continue to use Westerman for current and future projects.

Dave Jenkins: Straight No Chaser was great. The venue is quite nice. The sound was good. The seats were quite comfortable. It seems clean and well maintained.

Steve Wallis: The show was great. My seats in orchestra left row. Z were horrible no room compared to the rest of the seats and rows so one comfortable it ruined the night I’m a tall, big guy with a bad hip. I always get aisle seats to make it more comfortable for me that didn’t help tonight no where did it say anything about this row being different from the rest of the rows and I probably paid the same price as people in front of me that had so much more room
Daniel Call: This is a small, clean venue with a friendly staff and a food-allowed policy in the theater itself. The bathrooms were clean. Parking is conveniently located across the street.

Jerome Dausman: Saw the traveling company of the Broadway show Annie at this venue. The theater is over 100 years old, but has been wonderfully restored. The volunteer ushers were terrific. Great evening.
bruth F: A much more sane way to see Broadway touring companies as tickets are less $$ than Boston as is parking - though prices for parking have gone up 4x! Wish there were more restaurants within a block or two AND open after the show!

sheriff jackson: if there were a negative star rating im sure this guy and his team would be sporting it. he the biggest scam artist out there. bought some rest equipment from him. supposedly brand new but 2 units where leaking and didn't cool properly. when i question him and his trashy products guy turned into a fake mobster (HAHA). wanna be mobsters don't sell rest equipment pal. i have no idea how this guy is still in business. buyer beware dont bother with this scam artist. do yourself a favor and shop around. i buy all my stuff from ri(North american rest equipment).way cheaper than this scam artist. stand up guys with pure class. This old dinosaur gotta hang um up and stop acting like a gangsta.

Payal Murthy: If there was a zero star I would give it to them. Called them to take a look at our pizza oven, the guy showed up, stepped foot in the building said he doesn’t know what’s wrong with it and left by himself. We get an invoice saying that we owe them money when they did nothing. I called to call the appointment and they still charged me. When I called to ask about the invoice politely the lady went off on me and hung up. This is ridiculous! This is how they test their customers! This is a shame!

Nick Panagiotes: Very disappointed . We struck a deal for a 2 door reach in cooler. Said he"d call me on a Monday, never did so I called back on Wednesday Cory acted dumbfounded about my call. he said he was busy and would call me back and never did. I ended up buying it at kittredge restaurant equipment
