She is extremely unpleasant and rude. I’m giving it 3 stars only because the man that is usually there at night is nice and gets me in and out efficiently. If the lady was the only one there I would give it 0 stars. She is extremely unpleasant and probably deters a lot of people from coming back. I suggest just going to one stop in the mornings.

He says no that's all he has while I'm clearly looking at the 2 pack right behind him. I pointed it out and he seemed annoyed! The audacity!! He was just trying to trick me because I was new to juuls at the time. Whoever the night employee is or owner is terrible. He won't greet you. He won't smile. He won't really acknowledge you unless you ask for his attention (this can be nice sometimes) but, this guy does not talk, just wants you in an out (he's tried pressuring me into buying or leaving while I'm still looking around). You will not even get a "thank you have a nice day". You will just be lucky that he's willing to do anything for you.

The owner says to me see the sign no returns. What am I supposed to do with a $50 lighter that doesn't work after 4 days. Instead I got a couple of cigars and never shopped there again.

Luke Johnson: Jays sells COUNTERFEIT VAPES. I’ve been going to Jays for some time now, buying Juul (trying to quit smoking). After they were banned the salesclerk recommended a CRAVE MAX. I purchased one and enjoyed it, a few days later I purchased another and it tasted awful and made my throat hurt. A long story short, I checked the serial number on the crave website. It came up as NOT GENUINE. They gave me a replacement that appears to be genuine, but I’ll never go back. I hope I don’t have health issues from their FAKE NON FDA APPROVED products. Who knows if my Juuls were fake too, never checked those. (The fake one is the “classic tobacco”, notice the logo placement differences too)

Byczko21: At least twice I've bought products at this store and they do not work. Seemingly, many of the items have been sitting for ages. The buttons fell of the vape pen within a month (I think this happened twice, the first one I had bought lasted over a year. While it was the same brand, the manufacturer had changed and it was very cheaply made) and a $8 butane lighter didn't work after 1 day~!!! Go somewhere else

She wouldn't take it back and it still doesn't work. I bought another one @ $20, so they sell you a broken one, they won't take it back and you might buy another one so the costs for 1 vap pen in this case is $40

File303error Exc: The same people run the subway across the street (the one that has hair in the food) they won’t allow anyone to touch any of the products before buying and the husband and wife that run it have no idea what they’re selling and know the products are junk. Don’t buy anything from them they are rude and awful people. Asking any questions will have them mad and ask you “buy or leave” so warning if you buy from them it will break or already is broken and no returns. A lot of knock off vapes and liquid they fill themselves.

We had asked for a cereal flavor juice and the man who I believe was the owner said that he didnt have any cereal flavors.We had to ask to psychically see a few of the bottles that were right behind him to find a cereal one. He had no idea about any of them. If a customer went in to that shop, with being a first time user of vapes, I dont believe they would find help in asking what products to use. Invest in some employees that know what they are talking about.

I was doing laundry and noticed the sign and went in to take a look around (really was looking to buy water). I didn’t get the gentleman’s name, but he was very friendly, polite and sociable. The place was neat and clean. Unfortunately, it’s in the corner of the plaza and not noticeable. I told my husband and friends about the little gem stone I found! I didn’t want to walk out empty handed so I purchased wonderful smelling incense at a great price!
