Bree Dao REALTOR: When I realized my son became emotionally attached to a Lulu squash mellow I looked everywhere for one! They grabbed two off of the shelf so I could drop in and pick them up! They have a wonderful selection of toys for both older and younger kids!

Cassidy T: LE westborough is an absolute joke. I’m home from college on break and my roommate and i called and asked if they had any of the 8” pink cow in stock and they said they had a bunch. She drove 55 minutes there and as soon as she got there was told they were already all sold out and there was nothing they could do after refusing a hold over the phone but doing it for people with a large following and others who do promotions for them 🙂Just to find out someone that went at open this morning was able to purchase an 8” cayden as well as a few others than went.My roommate and i called to be told that it was just out of luck and they got to decide who was able to purchase the cows and who wasn’t.The are NOTORIOUS for picking favorites and doing favors for people who have large followings. They told several people over the phone that they just choose who is “lucky” and can purchase a cow.I wonder if i had 50k and promised them a promo that i would’ve been able to buy one lol.

Katsia Smith: Will not be giving them any more of my service. Do not waste your time going here unless you have at least 30k following on social media. They lie about stock and certain company policies. They have countlessly chosen favorites (who all happen to have a following on tiktok) and throw the rest of their customers to the side. First they take phone orders then they don’t. Steer clear away from this business!!!!

Lauryn Duvarney: I typically have only had good experiences with both the staff and owners here. However there are some really unkind employees that do not make LE a welcoming, happy environment- which I feel like is the number one aspect of a store that is meant for kids. Both myself and friends of mine have on occasion felt unwelcome by a couple staff members who just seemed really miserable and did not enjoy their job. For a small business like this, one bad interaction is enough for some people to take their business elsewhere. This however does not speak for the owners or some of the younger employees I have met that have been nothing but kind and helpful. I guess it just depends what time of day you go.

However, this was the worst wrapping I have ever seen! I had to re-wrap it myself as it was so horrible. Please take your business elsewhere!

Hannah Lit: I’m a squishmallow collector in the area and LE Westborough has never let me down. The owners are are always so kind (which can be hard based on how crazy the squish community can be) and helpful. The ladies that work there are also super friendly and engage with every customer that walks in! I love most of the Learning Expresses here in Massachusetts but this one is by far my favorite!
