zach s: Terrible experience, I had a transplant done by Chris more than a year ago and the results are less than acceptable. There are many many 2-3 hair grafts in my hairline and it does not look natural at all. In addition to this there are large gaps between spots and it just does not look natural at all. From my experience this place is nothing but a cash grab and I hope you do not have the same turnout as I did.Edit: The response you made does not contradict my statement whatsoever. The problems were with the irresponsible techniques that you guys use. If my problem was just bad growth I would have just came in for a touch up. Instead you guys chose to use multiple hair grafts in the hairline which is widely known to give unnatural results. The gaps in the transplant were also there from the start, something I could see directly but somehow you guys missed. I just hope others choose a place that can get it right in the first try and not leave them with arguably more problems than they came in with.

When you first enter you see all the celebrity pictures on the wall. The staff and office personnel were great, the experience was great, I had 1500 grafts from my brow area back, at a cost of $8,000.In 2016, a family member went to DiStefano Hair, had a similar procedure, 1500 grafts a cost 0f $5,550. WOWIn 2023, I need another procedure, visited Leonard again and was told that I could not do what I wanted in 1 visit, I had to choose an area at a cost of $12,000.I visited DiStefano Hair, was told that they could do what I wanted, 2100-2500 grafts, at a cost of $8,995 plus $335for Post-op care supplies and medicines. I had the procedure, the experience and staff were amazing, and I couldn't be happier.So those pictures on the wall added $3,000.You decide where and how to spend your money.

Elliot: Cons:1) My hairline is asymmetrical after surgery. I felt a little asymmetrical when the hairline was drawn after halfway through the operation. I raised the issue with the nurse at the time, but was told it was fairly symmetrical from her point of view. This asymmetry becomes more pronounced after the telogen resting and regrowth phase. I hope that the next time this clinic draws a patient's hairline during surgery, don't draw it casually. Please measure it after drawing and pay attention to details. It's a small step but helps the result.(PS: they mentioned they would love to look it up for me, but since the entire procedure is not pleasant, I am not interested to have any contact with them)2) The generic Propecia they prescribe is manufactured by Aurobindo, however, On 7 October 2019, Aurobindo said it received seven observations from the USFDA for its unit-7 formulation plant in Telangana, with regard to potentially misleading documentation. The doctor never told that most of generic drug that manufactured in Asia are in high risk of quality issues. They only tell you “they are cheap and effective the same as the brand drug.” PLEASE BE AWARE THIS IS NOT TRUE! If possible please choose the brand drug.3) In the junction area between original and planted hairs, there may be a large number of original hair deaths.I usually use this anonymous account for negative reviews, Elliot is my nickname. Just some immature little advice. Hope it will be useful for follow-up patients.
