They are living their tag line "expect to be impressed" in every sense of the word. I live in Colorado and found a 2015 GLK 350 that was in mint condition at AlphaCars with very low milage. I paid a deposit to hold the car and flew out to finalize the purchase. Something unfortunate and out of everyones control happened to the cars finish literally while I was in the air en route. The General Manager quickly came up with a few options upon my arrival which included: a refund of my deposit and a sincere apology, having a local Mercedes dealership paint the entire car or the AlphaCars body shop paint the car. After extensive conversation and a thorough evaluation of some of their work I decided to take his offer to paint the entire car at no additional cost above original purchase price. The attention to detail and the workman ship were outstanding on the final product. They could have easily just refunded my money, spot paint the car and sell it to someone else. Instead they chose the more costly solution and had complete confidence I would be satisfied with their work and they were 100% correct. I am ok paying a premium price if I am getting a premium product and service level. I received both from AlphaCars.
