Jessica Cartagena: I bought 4 items that looked as if it came off the dollar menu! They put literally about 1 teaspoon of chicken so I was basically eating tortilla w sauce and food was cold!!!. Cashier was in a rush, and I felt like I was rushed throughout my experience. I will never return to this establishment. I will literally go out my way and go to the grafton st one where I never have a bad experience.

Connor Buzak: Ordered almost $30 in food to receive only 3 soft tacos. We drove there and were told “oh it was because we were out of stock on ingredients.”OKAY…So why wasn’t the order canceled or we were called to be told we would be getting a refund or substitute items?!It’s the start of the week how can you be out of items?! Ethan Bates: Don’t even bother with a drive-up order…despite being open, this Taco Bell has turned me away at the drive-through several times because they are “only serving pick up orders.“ I’ve never had this experience at any other Taco Bell during their open hours. It’s ridiculous and doesn’t make any sense to be open but refuse new orders…they should be closed if they’re unable/not interested in serving new customers.

Blake Capman: Worst fast food establishment I've ever been to. Their hours are always wrong. They shut down their drive thru because they are short staffed. Their employees ignore you when you walk in.Just go to white city if you want taco bell, plus they have a KFC!And to top it off, they will only do online pickups at their drive thru when it's open. Tonya Cronin: Food is always good at Taco Bell. We went in to eat inside and waited 5 minutes to order and then after we ordered we realized he never asked us to go or eat in. We got our drinks, food was ready and we got all the food in a to go bag so we just sat down and ate over the food wrappers instead of a tray. The place wasn't too busy but super clean so we picked up our mess and threw it away and left.My husband and myself both had the crunch wrap supreme meal.
