Carrie Koivula: When you need a heavy duty truck awesome place to go
Joshua Mwongera: My company just got defrauded off the down-payment made of 2,500 (longterm truck lease) and 900 (short term rental) by these guys. Don't trust them with the sweet talk at first. I run an Amazon trucking business and we push a lot of volume in a day and failure to do that can result to loosing a truck lane or cancelled contracts overall. I rented and leased from them over the summer to add my capacity. Their trucks kept breaking down and they refused to fix them on time while I had them in the parking lot as agreed. Meanwhile they still wanted to continue charging me weekly. I tried to call and text about the truck being fixed but there was an excuse everytime as to why the mechanic did not fix it. When I returned the trucks they refused with my down-payments (900 + 2500) and tried to forge paperwork. My attorney is looking into it at the moment for illegal practices and falsifying information. Save yourself the trouble and just rent from Ryder or Penske. At least they have some form of decency and dignity.

Karen Kallio: AMP Chandler St is great kind caring toward their customers and double checking everything is a huge plus. Penske in general wants to be sure the customer is not just satisfied but happy, pleased with their interaction, service and pricing. They go out of their way for their customers in days when so many companies could care less. I had the best experience with Penske and will NEVER EVER RENT FROM ANOTHER COMPANY... It says alot when you're that pleased with the truck company and the service provided from their agency/pick up location 100% A++ and I am a tuff customer...

Saade Saade: Rented for less then a day , total $111 with 30 miles included if I used less they will credit me after I return truck, I look at my cc on line I see they took $175 !! I called and the guy said well you took it for 24 hours plus 2 hours extra and you drove it for 50 miles !! I said nope I returned same day 9 am return it at 4 PM, and I only drove 22 miles , I have photos and video of the return, the guy changed his tune , they try, and not the first time....

Matt Turnbull: Reserved my truck on-line at this location and had no trouble picking it up. The owner isn't to great with computers but he's friendly and accomodating. Truck was newer and in excellent condition. Would certainly use the Budget Rental again.

Thomas Blount: Never rent from there again. Made a reservation and got all the way there and didn't even tell me before I got there that they didn't have what I wanted. Didn't even try to call around to other locations. In fact the place never had it at all ever. I know it's not guaranteed to be available. Ok so why not let me know when I made the reservation. I always got a call anywhere else if something is not available at the time. I almost thought I was at the wrong place. I didn't drive there so that was such a let down. I took the bus from the downtown hub and then walked a quarter mile or so. It was very cold that morning. I had to be there by 9am. Luckily someone passing by on my way back to the bus stop gave me a ride. All and all a waisted morning👎
Jack Fitzpatrick: Needed a one way rental from Shrewsbury to Denver. Matt was really helpful with all of the details and made sure the truck was in top condition before I left. Truck ran great and everything went well. Matt was very professional and efficient. Will be back when/if I need a truck in the future.

Jay Kachoria: I would recommend anyone to choose a different truck rental company. I made a reservation on my moving date and the truck was unavailable when I went to go pick it up. I'm not sure what the point of the reservation is if I don't have a truck available when I'm supposed to move.The guy at the Shrewsbury office was thankfully apologetic enough that he transferred my reservation to an available truck at Marlborough and gave me milage credit.

Mark Johnson: Had a very good experience renting from Matt at A-Tech Auto this past week for a one-way truck rental to Florida. Matt took the time to explain what would be the best sized truck for the drive and even upgraded the truck to the next size at no additional cost to make things easier for us. Truck was in good repair and drive and return in Florida went well. Would recommend to others.

Zachary Remian: worst customer service. dropped the truck off and was told I didn't fill the truck up all the way with fuel. even though the level was at the bottom of the filler neck which is dot law. after arguing with that and explaining that I have a cdl lisc and don't believe that the truck should even be on the road with how the brakes pulled and the steering was so loose. they guy stopped fighting it, just called and spoke with a guy and he told us he had no 24 foot trucks for this weekend even though the website said it did. im over these guys
