Wesley Mattingly: A little confusing to find based on where Google places them. But once you find the right place it's easy to navigate. Spots are a bit tight, but not unreasonable. Check in and check out are pretty easy. You just have to sign some paperwork beforehand and afterwards. Staff was nice on the yard.

Kanadalı Tırcı: They took about 1 1/2 hrs to load my trailer. You can not park overnight, can’t idle at their yard due to location of this warehouse. It is located between houses and NEIGHBORS will call police and they will give you $250 ticket and if you are unlucky DOT may perform roadside inspection. Make sure when you are pulling in and out between houses to get there as the speed limit posted, 5 MPH. Portable is on-site. Thanks to Mike for information.

OSNIEL OSORIA: I arrive an hour and half before my appointment time schedule at 12:30 hrs . I got dock at 11:15 hrs and was out at 12:20 . In and out in less than two hours not bad . Drivers coming to regency warehouse they must come to atlas street via route 122 Grafton st to Sunderland road. If the do not and come from lake ave end of Sunderland there is a low bridge. 12â 9 they cannot make it.

Rob Dempsey: Foodliner is a better than average company to drive for in my opinion. The pay is competitive. What appeals to me is the people I've worked with. I've only had 3 encounters in a year with people who were either rude or unreasonable. Most folks have been very helpful and professional to me. They take on entry level drivers which is a big plus for you folks coming out of CDL school.

Daniel Renfro: They delivered my wife's elliptical machine with a smile; the gentleman was very polite. He explained why he was unable to help move things into the house (up about 5-6 steps) and we compromised on putting it in the garage (no steps/stairs) for us to unpack. Very professional encounter.I would choose ABF for my shipping anytime. This was sooooo much better than XPO Logistics, like night & day experience.

Premier Sealcoating & Line Striping Inc.: Don't bother.. I picked them to ship equipment for me from Florida to Massachusetts. they totally botched. Gave me a quote then called me while my stuff was in transit to tell me it's over $1,000 more Said weights were off by 1500 even though the weight came directly from the manufacturer who made the equipment then they have Friday down as a delivery date and here it is the end of Monday and I've called to ask where it is and was told it's set up for delivery this week. I asked if I could get it tomorrow morning they said they can't promise me anything. I've paid an employee to sit here for 20 hours so far for a truck that isn't coming 😒🚛🚫

Mitch N: Estes was the delivery company for a shipment I was expecting. I got a text message with a delivery day and a time frame for the shipment. Signature required. Then I got a phone call and a voice mail with a slightly different time...well, OK. Anyhow the shipment was late close close to 2 hours, on a Friday afternoon after we pushed our plans off schedule. The driver was nice though, and had lots of stops...

Charles R Basin: Like some large freight carriers, Estes seems to struggle when it comes to customer communications.We had a delivery today, a yard machine bought online at Home Depot. No-one called to tell us it was on the way, and we had little to no information on when the delivery would happen. When the truck arrived the driver didn't bother to ring the bell to ask where to put it, he just proceeded to push it into our garage. Had I not walked out, I would have just found it (up-ended, by the way).As it turned out, the carton showed signs of rough handling and part of the machine was protruding through a hole in the cardboard. Fortunately there was no functional damage, but I'm NOT impressed.Admittedly this may be a difficult product to convey, but the absence of a phone-call compounded with no alert when the driver arrived made for an unsatisfying experience.I don't expect Estes to change anything due to my comments, but they need to hear it anyway.

Bonnie Garceau: Worc Cty Air Freight was not the initial carrier chosen for my shipment, rather they were handed off my shipment from Global Freight. They contact me for delivery and handled several calls with me all in a professional manner. When delivery day came, the driver (Paul) informed me that my shipment could not be carried inside due to company policy. Since I paid my supplier (Hayneedle) in advance for the extra service, the office dispatcher (Christine) received permission to send another driver (Phil) to assist my driver with the load. The boxes were extremely heavy and these two men went above and beyond to assure that my delivery was handled carefully and efficiently. They even went a step further and helped me unpack the boxes and carry away all the packaging. I am extremely grateful to the staff at the company, because it assured my client's shipment arrived intact and placed safely within her home. I would highly recommend this company without hesitation and thank them for their outstanding service.
