Avantika Israni: Very disappointed. I ordered a jacket with embroidery for around 50 USD. It was never delivered to me. I reached out to them and they asked me to talk to USPS. How is that my fault if I paid for a product and it wasn’t delivered. Isn’t it the store’s responsibility to make sure the customer gets the product.

Free..You can't beat their customer service!

After 2 months I got a text saying they didn't have one of the items in my size and they gave me a credit for the single item. It's now been 4 months and still haven't heard about the other item. I have called and they said they don't have it yet. Great people work here but if you need anything in a timely manner, I'd suggest you find a different avenue if you can.

Vivica Jade: I ordered a dress on Fashion Nova for my baby shower it came in last minute and I tried it on and it did not fit and needed so many different adjustments. I called Trippies and they had told me that typically for what I needed done I would have needed to call weeks in advance. I expressed my urgency and concern as my baby shower was only three days away. I was asked to come in same day so they can look at it, I tried the dress on and the nice lady said that she doesn’t know if they’ll be able to make it work with how much adjustment the dress needed. She called over her coworker, and forgive me for not Remembering their names. He looked at the dress 360 and he said he could make it work! I left my dress with them at about 3 o’clock in the afternoon and they close at 5 PM. They had my dress altered by the following early afternoon. I came back in to try it on the next day and only minor adjustments needed to be made. They had my dress ready again the next day before my baby shower. They were so kind and helpful and did what they could to make it work and be just on time with such short notice. I will always come back here.They shortened the sleeves, hemmed the dress, fixed the latch on back or dress, made a stitch to bring up the V line , and tightened the shoulders . They even added extra fabric to the side of the dress because my baby bump would not allow the zipper to go all the way up! The dress looked beautiful and they really made it work.

Richard Rutana: Local store for police,fire,emt,and security guards. Nice enough employees. Fast service on hemming pants. Done right when your there. Can get anything you need sgt shevrons or lieutenant or captain bars. Tie clasps etc. They were selling patriot masks when i went there. Bought one. If they dont they should sell security face masks like red bubble on internet does. Maybe they could even stock up from red bubble?? I give it a five star rating. They sell coats,caps,first aid kits,anything you could possibly need for those 4 professions.
