I removed virtually all the painted wood from my 100 year old house and had then dip strip it to help me bring it all back to bare wood for staining and polyurethane. They saved me hundreds, if not thousands of labor hours worth of time. I Also used them to strip my original windows to get them restored and back to good function and appearance. As a former professional painter and woodwork restorer myself I am picky about the quality of service I get. These folks are about the best around , hands down.

Adam Rose: Horrible experience with this company. Went in and ordered a custom boat cover in March. Alex and Katia were extremely nice and accommodating. They guaranteed it would be done by mid-April. By the last week of April, I hadn't heard anything. I called many times, left voicemails, sent emails, and even tried contacting them through Venmo where I paid my down payment. No response. I had to go to the shop and ask what was going on. Neither Alex or Katia were there. I spoke to the workers and they said Katia would be in later and would call me. Days past and I never heard anything. I kept calling until I was finally able to connect with Katia. She told me that they were waiting on the material and would call the vendor and get back to me. Once again, I never heard back. At this point, I was extremely frustrated and just wanted to cancel my order. I called relentlessly until someone answered the phone. I told Katia that I wanted to cancel my order. She became very confrontational and threatened to keep my deposit even though they had not done anything to uphold their end of the contract. She put me on hold and came back saying they received the material and it would be done by the end of the first week in May. I dropped my boat off on 5/10 so they could add snaps. She called me at 2:30PM saying it was done but I had to pick it up by 3:00PM. I wasn't able to get there by then so I said I would pick it up Monday morning. She told me that the remaining balance had to be paid in cash. I thought that was odd. Usually when a business asks for cash, it is because they are hiding something and don't want trace of any payment. On Monday, I showed up with a bank check. Neither Katia or Alex were there. One of the workers had to call her and find out what to do. I paid the balance. When I went to hook it up to the trailer, I noticed that it was not the color that I ordered. They ended up using an entirely different color. I sent her a message about my displeasure and to no ones surprise... I never heard back. Bottom line is, this place has deplorable customer service and you should steer clear and go elsewhere. Otherwise, you may end up writing a long winded review because of your disgust.**Response from owner clearly illustrates their don't care attitude. Rest assured, there are many other upholstery shops out there that have superior craftsmanship with the customer service to match. Steer clear of this dump!

Brett Hagan: worst experience i’ve had with any business. dropped off some interior pieces of my car to be rewrapped in suede. never got a quote when i dropped everything off and was told it shouldn’t take too long. called them weekly for an estimate on price or time when they would be ready and phone was never answered leaving me to physically go there once a week for an update. every week i got different excuses for why it wasn’t ready such as waiting for material, material being there but nobody has gotten to it, and then the next week waiting on material again. was never able to get a quote from people i talked to and was never called back to be given one after leaving my phone number there for the second time. when it was finally ready 2 months later i was unable to pick it up because they couldn’t figure out a price because person in charge of that wasn’t there and there was holes cut in headliner in places i didn’t need or want. finally was able to get it back the next week so i could redo parts of it myself. save your money and go somewhere else. no clue how this place is in business or would get any returning customers.Service:Upholstery

Paul Gibree: Dropped my truck off to have the seats done. Seats look great, but truck came back with tail gate damaged, like they lowered it with something on the bumper. It left about five small indentations. When I went to talk to them about it they pulled a hand written paper attached to the invoice copy. They said they did a walk around the truck and identified this dents, scratches on the quarter and a dent in the door. Funny how the least visible and newest dents where the first on the list. If your going to leave your vehicle there I suggest you do a walk around with them and take pics of your vehicle. I'm certain they used this trick before.

JA: I had been looking for a place to update the leather seats in my Audi, and decided on New England Trim despite it being quite a trip from Boston. It was certainly worth the trip! My initial consultation for a quote provide me with an honest assessment of what could be done and what should not be done (for safety reasons), a review of a wide array of materials to choose from and a reasonable estimate. Lindsey, the manager, was professional and considerate of my schedule and travel time, and was able to set a project timeline that they ultimately kept. Matt is a craftsman, and ultiimately my customized seats were completed in a manner that exceeded my expectations (and they were high to begin with). I would certainly trust these folks with my vehicles in the future should the need arise. Great people, and excellent work.
