Rod Beittel: Came for one service visit, did nothing that we can tell. Took $300 "deposit" for full tune up scheduled later in the week. Deposited check immediately and have not heard from since, a month ago. Multiple calls not returned. This is UNRELIABLE Maytag now.

Amie Humphrey Facendola: Roy charged us $199 to come to our house to fix our washing machine. Then he told us that it would cost an additional $325 in parts to fix it. My husband and my brother just fixed it for $4 worth of capacitors. This guy is a scam. He was at our house less than 10 minutes and he spent half of that in his car. He didn't even take the panel off the machine! I do not recommend them. EDIT to add after numerous phone calls he did refund us $99. I still would not recommend his service though.

The owner Ray is a down to earth guy and as busy as he is he always assists you or gets one of of his great staff members to help you. It's just unfortunate that the manufacturers don't make appliances like they used to but that's not Better Electrics' fault! Great store! No wonder they've been open for over 75 years!

I showed up at Better Electric (on the recommendation of my appliance repair guy) first thing Mon morning and within minutes had the attention of one of the most helpful salespeople I have ever worked with. He listened and tried to help me find the best fridge for my needs and one that I could get quickly. The fridge was delivered the next day. The delivery guys were amazing. Getting the old fridge out was no simple matter, but they did it and set up the new one beautifully. I will be buying all my appliances from Better Electric from now on. :)

Rick provided excellent advice and was easy to work with. The delivery arrived on time, but what was equally impressive was how well the delivery time was communicated to me.And the icing on the cake was the professionalism of the delivery personnel. They were polite and very accommodating. They took the time to unpack his the dishwasher and check very carefully for any damage. They asked me to look at it to be sure everything was in good shape. However after delivery, I noticed an issue with the bottom drawer. When Rich heard, he was very quick to identify what was needed to correct, ordered a new drawer, and scheduled a very qualified technician to come out to replace. He was very knowledgeable of all the products, and we ended up not picking the most expensive dishwasher but one that really fit our needs. We ended up with the Bosch 800 series dishwasher and can't wait to get it installed! Another fantastic thing is if we have to call in for service, we call Dave, and he will arrange for the service call! I recommended Percy's and I suggest you give Dave a call if you need help finding your appliance.

Bruinsfan 7: Has a bigger selection of furniture online than in store currently, but does offer bundle savings, so if you get sofa and a loveseat it's cheaper, whereas some of the other furniture stores it's a set price for one and a set price for the other regardless if you buy both. Great delivery rates, give them a try.

Understandable.Grateful they offered a loaner.Until their delivery men left my BRAND NEW floor and door way like this.When I called Peter on it he said, he wasn't there he will talk to his guys and if I was so concerned with my flooring, "I should have told them to put moving pads down."Excuse me?He called back to say he talked to his guys and they say they didn't do it.These deep scratches are CLEARLY fresh and the chip of wood they knocked off is right there on the floor! The back of the fridge has my wood stuck in the metal piece. Are you kidding me? Totally in awe. Never again!
